哈爾濱市初級(jí)中學(xué)大眾健美操開展現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:健美操運(yùn)動(dòng)因其韻律感強(qiáng),將音樂與身體動(dòng)作協(xié)調(diào)而優(yōu)美的結(jié)合在一起,加之對(duì)場地、環(huán)境等條件要求相對(duì)較低,且技術(shù)動(dòng)作較容易掌握又符合中學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展規(guī)律等特點(diǎn),在中學(xué)校園內(nèi)受到老師和學(xué)生們的廣泛歡迎。初級(jí)中學(xué)作為義務(wù)教育的最后階段,對(duì)發(fā)展和提升個(gè)體的綜合素質(zhì)具有重要意義。它不僅為學(xué)生提供了學(xué)習(xí)文化知識(shí)的豐富資源,同時(shí)也為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能,形成終身體育思想提供了場所和機(jī)會(huì)。因此,本研究以哈爾濱市初級(jí)中學(xué)大眾健美操的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為出發(fā)點(diǎn),分析現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題,并提出具有針對(duì)性的解決對(duì)策,對(duì)進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)哈爾濱市初級(jí)中學(xué)大眾健美操的開展和完善具有積極的促進(jìn)作用。研究利用問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等多種研究方法,對(duì)哈爾濱市初級(jí)中學(xué)大眾健美操開展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)目前在哈爾濱市已開設(shè)大眾健美操的中學(xué)中,選擇的教材為統(tǒng)編并經(jīng)過指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)審定通過的教材;內(nèi)容以基本步法組合和新大眾等級(jí)1-4級(jí)為主;從教師隊(duì)伍來看,健美操教師多為30歲以下的女性教師,且多數(shù)教師教齡均在3年以下;;學(xué)歷構(gòu)成的主體為本科學(xué)歷;職稱比例最大的為初級(jí)教師;大部分教師未參加過應(yīng)有的崗位培訓(xùn);從健美操場地器材現(xiàn)狀來看,哈爾濱市大眾健美操開展資金投入狀況并不樂觀;各學(xué)校現(xiàn)有場地能基本滿足教師教學(xué)和學(xué)生活動(dòng)所需;器材來源多數(shù)學(xué)校采用學(xué)校提供、班級(jí)和學(xué)生自帶三者相結(jié)合的渠道;從學(xué)生對(duì)大眾健美操的參與特征來看,一半以上的學(xué)生選擇了非常喜歡或喜歡大眾健美操;且初中生參加大眾健美操時(shí)的動(dòng)機(jī)大都是比較積極的,少部分學(xué)生的動(dòng)機(jī)存在偏差。研究在上述現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析提出了解決現(xiàn)狀中存在問題的策略,主要有以下四個(gè)方面:首先,豐富教學(xué)內(nèi)容,提升教學(xué)方法;其次,優(yōu)化教師隊(duì)伍,提高專業(yè)素質(zhì);再次,增加資金投入,改善教學(xué)環(huán)境;最后,轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)生觀念,激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
[Abstract]:Because of its strong sense of rhythm, aerobics combines music with body movements harmoniously and gracefully. In addition, it requires relatively low requirements for venues and environments, and technical movements are easier to master and accord with the laws of physical and mental development of middle school students. It is widely welcomed by teachers and students in the middle school campuses. As the final stage of compulsory education, junior middle schools are of great significance to the development and promotion of individual comprehensive quality. It not only provides rich resources for students to learn cultural knowledge, but also provides places and opportunities for students to learn sports skills and form lifelong sports thoughts. Therefore, this research takes Harbin junior middle school mass aerobics development present situation as the starting point, analyzes the existing problems in the present situation, and proposes the pertinence solution countermeasure, It can promote the development and perfection of aerobics in Harbin Junior Middle School. The present situation of mass aerobics in Harbin junior middle school is analyzed by means of questionnaire survey, expert interview, mathematical statistics and so on. It is found that in Harbin, the mass aerobics has been established in the middle school. The selected teaching materials were compiled and approved by the steering committee; the contents were mainly composed of basic footwork and new public grades 1-4; from the perspective of teachers, aerobics teachers were mostly female teachers under the age of 30. And the majority of teachers have less than 3 years of teaching age; the main body of academic qualifications is undergraduate education; the largest proportion of titles is primary teachers; most teachers have not participated in the proper job training; from the current situation of aerobics facilities, Harbin City public aerobics capital investment situation is not optimistic; the existing venues of schools can basically meet the needs of teacher teaching and student activities; most of the equipment source schools use the school to provide, classes and students with their own three channels; From the characteristics of students' participation in mass aerobics, more than half of the students choose to like or like mass aerobics very much, and the motivation of junior high school students to participate in mass aerobics is mostly positive, and a few students have deviations. On the basis of the above present situation, the author further analyzes and puts forward the strategies to solve the problems in the present situation, mainly in the following four aspects: firstly, enriching the teaching contents and improving teaching methods; secondly, optimizing the teaching staff and improving the professional quality; Third, increase the investment of funds to improve the teaching environment; finally, change the concept of students, stimulate interest in learning.
