【摘要】：為解決學(xué)生喜歡武術(shù)而不喜歡體育課及學(xué)校開(kāi)展武術(shù)散打運(yùn)動(dòng)的安全問(wèn)題,推動(dòng)校園武術(shù)散打的順利開(kāi)展,在"禁止重?fù)?的思路下,對(duì)學(xué)校武術(shù)散打競(jìng)賽的"擊中與判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)""技術(shù)犯規(guī)與侵人犯規(guī)""犯規(guī)罰則"進(jìn)行研究。研究通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)等方法認(rèn)為"禁止重?fù)?的競(jìng)賽規(guī)則具有較高安全性與較好可操作性。學(xué)校開(kāi)展的武術(shù)散打運(yùn)動(dòng)應(yīng)該以"禁止重?fù)?為指導(dǎo)綱領(lǐng),采用擊而寸止、觸而控制的理念,使"擊中"的判定注重進(jìn)攻、防守和控制,弱化其擊打的力量性要求,保障參賽學(xué)生的安全。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the safety problem of students who like martial arts rather than physical education and develop Wushu Sanda in schools, and promote the smooth development of Wushu Sanda on campus, under the idea of "forbidding heavy attack", This paper studies the "hit and judge standard", "technical fouls and invading fouls" and "foul penalty rules" in school Wushu Sanda contest. Through experiments and other methods, it is concluded that the competition rules of "forbidding heavy strike" have higher safety and better operability. The Wushu Sanda campaign carried out by the school should be guided by the principle of "forbidding heavy attack" and adopting the idea of "striking without stopping, touching and controlling", so that the judgment of "hit" should pay attention to attack, defense and control, and weaken the force requirement of striking. Ensure the safety of participating students.
