【摘要】：2003年起,澳大利亞聯(lián)邦政府相繼出臺了《安全學(xué)校國家框架》(National Safe Schools Framework)及一系列配套文本。實證調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)顯示,該政策實施以來,澳大利亞的校園欺凌問題得到了明顯改善。本文從社會學(xué)"共同體"的相關(guān)論述出發(fā),對澳大利亞預(yù)防校園欺凌的相關(guān)機制進行分析,探討校園欺凌問題如何以防帶治、打造各利益相關(guān)群體參與其中的安全共同體,同時述及安全共同體建設(shè)對我國校園暴力治理和預(yù)防的啟示。
[Abstract]:Since 2003, the Australian Federal Government has issued the National Safe Schools Framework) and a series of supporting texts. Empirical data show that since the implementation of the policy, the problem of bullying in Australia has improved significantly. This paper analyzes the relevant mechanism of preventing bullying on campus in Australia, discusses how to prevent bullying and how to build a safe community in which various stakeholders participate in the process of prevention and treatment from the perspective of sociological "Community". At the same time, the construction of security community on the campus violence management and prevention of enlightenment.
