關(guān)于師范生與中學(xué)教師教學(xué)觀的多維比較研究

【摘要】:通過對山東省9所中學(xué)的336名教師以及2所高等師范院校的370名師范生進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,結(jié)果顯示:師范生與中學(xué)教師的教學(xué)觀在幫助學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、發(fā)展良好的能力、幫助發(fā)展觀念、傳遞信息、傳遞知識結(jié)構(gòu)、師生相互作用六個維度上略顯差異。中學(xué)教師教學(xué)觀的六個維度在性別方面均不存在顯著性差異,在文理科方面除"傳遞信息"維度外均存在顯著性差異,理科教師認(rèn)同度比文科教師高。對于師范生,除"發(fā)展良好的能力"維度外在性別方面均不存在顯著性差異;除"幫助發(fā)展觀念"外在文理科方面均存在顯著性差異,理科生認(rèn)同度比文科生高;并且文理科與性別的交互作用顯著,在文科水平上性別之間不存在顯著性差異,在理科水平上除"傳遞信息"外均存在顯著性差異,女生認(rèn)同度比男生高。研究認(rèn)為,還需進(jìn)一步加強師范生與中學(xué)教師的溝通與交流,加強文理科師范生之間和文理科中學(xué)教師之間的交流,加強師范生對教育理論知識的掌握。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of 336 teachers in 9 middle schools in Shandong Province and 370 normal students in 2 normal colleges, the results show that the teaching concept of normal students and middle school teachers is helping students to learn and develop good abilities. There are some differences in the six dimensions of helping to develop ideas, transmitting information, transferring knowledge structure and interaction between teachers and students. There is no significant difference in the six dimensions of middle school teachers' view of teaching, but there are significant differences in the field of arts and science except the dimension of "transmitting information", and the degree of recognition of science teachers is higher than that of teachers of liberal arts. For normal college students, there is no significant difference in gender except for "ability to develop well", and there are significant differences in arts and science except for "help for development", and the degree of identity of science students is higher than that of arts students. There was no significant difference between the gender and the liberal arts, but there was significant difference in the science level except "transmitting information", and the degree of identity of girls was higher than that of boys. The study holds that it is necessary to further strengthen the communication and communication between normal students and middle school teachers, strengthen the communication between the students of arts and science normal school and the teachers of arts and science middle school, and strengthen the students' mastery of educational theory knowledge.
