南京市“陽(yáng)光體育學(xué)!滨倘捞厣(xiàng)目形成與發(fā)展的研究

【摘要】:為有效推動(dòng)陽(yáng)光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展、促進(jìn)特色化辦學(xué),南京市教育局和南京市體育局研究決定“十二五”期間將整合“南京市體育基地學(xué)!焙汀澳暇┦畜w育項(xiàng)目傳統(tǒng)學(xué)!,共同組織創(chuàng)建“南京市陽(yáng)光體育學(xué)!。要求中小學(xué)學(xué)校認(rèn)真落實(shí)陽(yáng)光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)每天一小時(shí)的體育鍛煉,有強(qiáng)烈的改革創(chuàng)新精神,把創(chuàng)建陽(yáng)光體育學(xué)校作為學(xué)校辦學(xué)特色之一,并作為學(xué)校辦學(xué)的“品牌”,列入學(xué)校中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展計(jì)劃!瓣(yáng)光體育學(xué)!蹦J降膭(chuàng)建對(duì)于陽(yáng)光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展和體育后備人才的培養(yǎng)均有著重要的作用。在“陽(yáng)光運(yùn)動(dòng)”理念下,體育特色項(xiàng)目的形成和發(fā)展,對(duì)于學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的提高和個(gè)性的培養(yǎng),學(xué)校特色化發(fā)展等方面均有積極的意義。本文對(duì)南京市5所以跆拳道為特色項(xiàng)目成功評(píng)為南京市“陽(yáng)光體育學(xué)!钡闹行W(xué)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱跆拳道特色學(xué)校)進(jìn)行研究,分析促使其發(fā)展跆拳道特色項(xiàng)目的原因以及發(fā)展至今經(jīng)歷的過(guò)程,全面評(píng)價(jià)跆拳道特色項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的意義,對(duì)其發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在的優(yōu)勢(shì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查、歸納和總結(jié),同時(shí)對(duì)影響跆拳道項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的因素進(jìn)行分析、研究和概括,提出了跆拳道特色發(fā)展的前景與展望。本次研究有助于跆拳道特色項(xiàng)目在中小學(xué)的開(kāi)發(fā)和長(zhǎng)久發(fā)展,對(duì)于南京市“陽(yáng)光體育學(xué)!碧厣(xiàng)目的創(chuàng)建與發(fā)展有著積極的借鑒和指導(dǎo)性意義。本研究在研究方法上主要采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和訪談法。本文將南京市5所跆拳道特色學(xué)校的體育教師,學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)列為調(diào)查對(duì)象,分別從形成跆拳道特色項(xiàng)目的原因、發(fā)展歷程、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和優(yōu)勢(shì)、影響發(fā)展的因素等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查和研究,通過(guò)調(diào)查研究,得出以下結(jié)論:1、校本課程的開(kāi)發(fā)啟動(dòng)是跆拳道特色項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)的背景和前提,跆拳道項(xiàng)目自身的鍛煉價(jià)值是學(xué)校選擇發(fā)展跆拳道項(xiàng)目的重要依據(jù),學(xué)生對(duì)跆拳道運(yùn)動(dòng)的喜愛(ài)和需求是學(xué)校堅(jiān)持以學(xué)生為主體地位的重要體現(xiàn)。2、跆拳道特色學(xué)校的形成過(guò)程包括:需要評(píng)估、確立項(xiàng)目、發(fā)展項(xiàng)目和申報(bào)結(jié)果四大流程。3、發(fā)展跆拳道特色對(duì)于學(xué)生、教師、學(xué)校以及體育后備人才的培養(yǎng)方面均有著積極的意義4、跆拳道特色學(xué)校優(yōu)勢(shì)之處主要體現(xiàn)在場(chǎng)地器材條件良好、師資力量專業(yè)雄厚、課程發(fā)展較為均衡規(guī)律、比賽成果豐富、受到學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)的一致好評(píng)等。5、制約跆拳道特色學(xué)校的發(fā)展主要有內(nèi)、外兩方面因素:內(nèi)在因素主要包括教學(xué)內(nèi)容不夠系統(tǒng)、分管部門(mén)職責(zé)不清、檔案醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)不夠完善;外在因素主要是運(yùn)動(dòng)員輸送機(jī)制單一脫節(jié)、訓(xùn)練隊(duì)家長(zhǎng)對(duì)子女參加訓(xùn)練的誤解等。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively promote the development of sunshine sports and promote the characteristic running of schools, Nanjing Education Bureau and Nanjing Sports Bureau have decided that "Nanjing Sports Base School" and "Nanjing Sports traditional School" will be integrated during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period. Jointly organize and establish Nanjing Sunshine Sports School. It is required that primary and secondary schools conscientiously implement the one-hour physical exercise of sunshine sports every day, have a strong spirit of reform and innovation, and regard the establishment of sunshine sports schools as one of the school's characteristics and as the "brand" of running schools. The establishment of "Sunshine Sports School" plays an important role in the development of sunshine sports and the cultivation of sports reserve talents. Under the concept of "sunshine movement", the formation and development of sports characteristic items have positive significance for the improvement of students' physical quality, the cultivation of their personality and the development of school characteristics. This paper makes a study on the successful project of "Sunshine Sports School" in Nanjing (hereinafter referred to as Taekwondo School), which is characterized by Taekwondo. This paper analyzes the reasons for the development of taekwondo characteristic project and the process that it has experienced so far, evaluates the significance of taekwondo characteristic project development, and investigates and summarizes the present advantages of taekwondo project. At the same time, the factors influencing the development of taekwondo are analyzed, studied and summarized, and the prospect and prospect of taekwondo characteristic development are put forward. This study is helpful to the development and long-term development of taekwondo characteristic project in primary and secondary schools, and has positive reference and guiding significance for the establishment and development of the characteristic project of "Sunshine Sports School" in Nanjing. In this study, the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and interview are mainly used. In this paper, the PE teachers, students and parents of 5 Taekwondo characteristic schools in Nanjing are selected as the objects of investigation, respectively, from the reasons of forming taekwondo characteristic projects, the course of development, the present situation and the advantages of taekwondo. Through the investigation and research on the factors affecting the development of taekwondo, the following conclusion is drawn: the background and premise of taekwondo characteristic project development is the development of school-based curriculum. The exercise value of the Taekwondo project itself is an important basis for the school to choose and develop the Taekwondo project. Students' love and demand for taekwondo sports is an important embodiment of the school's adherence to the student-centered status. The forming process of taekwondo characteristic schools includes: needs assessment, establishment of projects, Develop the project and declare the results of the four major processes. 3, develop taekwondo features for students, teachers, The school as well as the sports reserve talent training aspect has the positive significance 4, the taekwondo characteristic school superiority mainly manifests in the venue equipment condition is good, the teacher strength is strong, the curriculum development is more balanced law, the competition result is rich, The development of taekwondo characteristic school is restricted by the students and parents' praise. There are two main factors: the internal factors include the teaching content is not systematic, the responsibility of the department is not clear, and the file medical system is not perfect; The main external factors are the single disconnection of the transport mechanism of athletes, the misunderstanding of the parents of the training team about their children taking part in the training and so on.
