推進作業(yè)考試化的困難及其對策

【摘要】:如何減輕學生過重的課業(yè)負擔?如何讓學生作業(yè)盡量在課內(nèi)完成?如何大幅度提高教學質(zhì)量?全面推進作業(yè)考試化是一個不錯的選擇。而全面推進作業(yè)考試化會遇到眾多困難:教學觀念有障礙、工作量倍增難堅持、學校硬件未配套、課堂教學改革沒跟上、教師合作質(zhì)量低、公共自習作業(yè)個性化未配套、學生勵志教育易忽視、質(zhì)量保障機制待完善。本文在分析困難的同時,也提出了應對策略。
[Abstract]:How to lighten the students' heavy burden of homework? How can students do their homework in class as much as possible? How to improve the quality of teaching? It is a good choice to promote the examination of homework in an all-round way. However, there are many difficulties in comprehensively promoting the examination of homework: there are obstacles in teaching concept, the workload is doubled, the school hardware is not matched, the classroom teaching reform is not kept up with, the quality of teachers' cooperation is low, and the individuation of public self-study work is not matched. Student motivational education is easy to ignore, quality assurance mechanism needs to be improved. At the same time, this paper puts forward some countermeasures.
