“學生美的生活的引導者”—新課程改革背景下的初中思品課教師形象研究

【摘要】:當今的中國教育,課程改革如火如荼。隨著新課程改革的深入,我們也越來越多地看到教師作為課程的核心要素之一對教育產(chǎn)生的重大影響。葉瀾在《教師角色》一書中寫道:“今日教學改革所要改變的不只是傳授的理論,而是要改變教師的教學觀念,改變他們每天都在進行著的習以為常的教學行為!笨梢哉f,教師作為一種特殊的課程資源,對學生的影響是潛移默化而又深遠持久的。當今時代,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、科技進步、社會和諧給我們享受“美”的生活創(chuàng)造了前所未有的時代條件。教育培養(yǎng)出來的人,不僅要創(chuàng)造這個時代、適應這個時代,更應該學會享受這個時代,享受我們自己創(chuàng)造的成果。新課程改革把“幫助學生過積極健康的生活,做負責任的公民”作為初中思想品德課程的核心,其實也就是希望學生過上一種“美”的生活,這也是思品課程改革對時代要求所作出的積極回應。那如何幫助學生過積極健康的“美”的生活便是我們本課程教師應積該極思考的問題。本文主要是在新課程改革的背景下,結(jié)合時代發(fā)展的要求,立足于“學生美的生活的引導者”的這一形象,探究初中思品課教師的形象現(xiàn)狀及塑造問題,共包括三大部分:第一部分,對本文的相關(guān)概念進行界定或闡述,特別是對本文所涉及到的關(guān)鍵詞、新詞進行闡述;第二部分是本文的主體部分——調(diào)查分析,即以某所學校為樣本進行訪談和問卷調(diào)查,總結(jié)出初中思品課教師的“學生美的生活的引導者”這一形象現(xiàn)狀和理想形象,在此基礎(chǔ)上對調(diào)查結(jié)果進行分析,探究思品課教師“學生美的生活的引導者”形象現(xiàn)狀成因和理想形象的必要性。第三部分是本文問題解決策略,著重探討了針對初中思品課教師“美的生活的引導者”這一形象的塑造,各方面需要作出的努力。本文研究的核心目的是:希望思品課教師在時代發(fā)展和新課程改革的雙重背景下,對自身形象作出合理塑造,且對學生的整個生活世界產(chǎn)生影響。此外,在對學生產(chǎn)生影響的同時,這一形象塑造的過程也能成為思品課教師反哺自身發(fā)展的過程。
[Abstract]:In today's Chinese education, curriculum reform is in full swing. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, we also see more and more teachers as one of the core elements of the curriculum has a significant impact on education. Ye Lan wrote in the book "the role of Teachers": "Today's teaching reform is not just about changing the theory of teaching, but about changing teachers' teaching concepts and changing their daily routine of teaching behavior." It can be said that teachers as a special curriculum resources, the impact on students is subtle and far-reaching and lasting. Nowadays, economic development, scientific and technological progress and social harmony have created unprecedented conditions for us to enjoy "beauty". People trained by education should not only create and adapt to this era, but also learn to enjoy it and enjoy the fruits of our own creation. The new curriculum reform has made "helping students live a positive and healthy life and being responsible citizens" as the core of the ideological and moral curriculum in junior high schools. In fact, they hope that students will lead a "beautiful" life. This is also the ideological product curriculum reform to the requirements of the times made a positive response. So how to help students to live a positive and healthy life is a problem that our curriculum teachers should think about. Under the background of the new curriculum reform and the requirements of the development of the times, this paper is based on the image of "the guide of student's beautiful life", and probes into the present situation of the image of the teacher in the course of thinking and quality in junior high school and how to shape it. It consists of three parts: the first part defines or elaborates the related concepts, especially the key words and new words involved in this paper; the second part is the main part of this article-investigation and analysis. That is to say, taking a school as a sample to conduct interviews and questionnaires, this paper summarizes the image status and ideal image of "the guide of students' beautiful life" of the teachers of junior high school, and then analyzes the results of the investigation. This paper probes into the causes and necessity of the ideal image of the teacher's "the guide of student's beautiful life". The third part is the problem solving strategies of this paper, focusing on the junior high school ideological and quality teacher "the guide of life", the image of the molding, all aspects of the need to make efforts. The core purpose of this study is: under the dual background of the development of the times and the reform of the new curriculum, the author hopes that the teachers can reasonably shape their own image and have an impact on the whole life world of the students. In addition, the process of shaping the image can also become the process of teacher's self-development.
