【摘要】:羽毛球起源于英國,大約于20世紀(jì)初傳入中國,我國對羽毛球運(yùn)動經(jīng)歷幾十年的發(fā)展由五十年代起步時期,到現(xiàn)在的二十一世紀(jì)羽毛球運(yùn)動歷史發(fā)展到頂峰時期,無論是在國內(nèi)的各項(xiàng)級別比賽中還是世界級別的比賽中,我國羽毛球運(yùn)動都能創(chuàng)造出優(yōu)異成績,在各大比賽中不斷刷新創(chuàng)造出新的奇跡,縱觀世界羽毛球運(yùn)動隊(duì)發(fā)展的歷程來看,隨著國外對競技體育的重視,例如:日本、新加坡等國家隊(duì)的競技水平對我國羽毛球運(yùn)動帶來了一定的沖擊,現(xiàn)階段我國羽毛球運(yùn)動發(fā)展至今面臨著嚴(yán)重的新老交替的階段,透過這一現(xiàn)象不難發(fā)現(xiàn)我國羽毛球運(yùn)動在體育后備人才這一方面存在著重大問題。為了使我國的羽毛球運(yùn)動長盛不衰,在一系列重要賽事中能夠繼續(xù)保持優(yōu)勢,就必須得重視我國基層中小學(xué)階段的羽毛球訓(xùn)練水平,從基礎(chǔ)抓起,采用先進(jìn)、科學(xué)選材,進(jìn)行科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的訓(xùn)練,不斷提高運(yùn)動員的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平,從而整體壯大基層運(yùn)動員的訓(xùn)練水平,為上級輸送更多的優(yōu)秀體育苗子。本文通過對濟(jì)南市舜文中學(xué)羽毛球運(yùn)動隊(duì)隊(duì)員發(fā)放問卷調(diào)查,實(shí)地對學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師和教練員的交流等,對舜文中學(xué)羽毛球運(yùn)動隊(duì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了調(diào)查與分析,其結(jié)果分析:1、濟(jì)南舜文中學(xué)是濟(jì)南市教育局、濟(jì)南市市中區(qū)區(qū)委、區(qū)政府2006年7月批準(zhǔn)成立的一所九年一貫制國辦中學(xué)。學(xué)校現(xiàn)在擁有一座體育館,一個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)田徑場,六塊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)羽毛球運(yùn)動場地,學(xué)校根據(jù)學(xué)校的體育設(shè)施著重發(fā)展羽毛球運(yùn)動隊(duì),快樂羽球課間操和羽毛球體育課相融合的班級授課。2、濟(jì)南市舜文中學(xué)教練員通過多年的執(zhí)教經(jīng)驗(yàn)科學(xué)選材,并且通過不同的身體指標(biāo)進(jìn)行合理選材,選出優(yōu)秀的體育苗子進(jìn)行課余體育訓(xùn)練。3、濟(jì)南市舜文中學(xué)羽毛球隊(duì)在教練員有目的、有計(jì)劃、有組織的帶領(lǐng)下進(jìn)行不同的專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練,使運(yùn)動員的專項(xiàng)素質(zhì)與專項(xiàng)技能得到提高,以此提高競技水平。4、教練員充分利用學(xué)生們的課余時間進(jìn)行科學(xué)、有效的訓(xùn)練,妥善安排好學(xué)生們學(xué)習(xí)與訓(xùn)練之間的權(quán)衡。5、濟(jì)南舜文中學(xué)在對羽毛球運(yùn)動員學(xué)習(xí)與訓(xùn)練過程中,采取家長、教師和教練員三位一體相結(jié)合的管理方式,倡導(dǎo)“學(xué)習(xí)為主,訓(xùn)練為輔”的理念。6、結(jié)合當(dāng)前學(xué)生們參與訓(xùn)練的動機(jī)傾向,影響訓(xùn)練的主要原因是運(yùn)動員訓(xùn)練的動機(jī)和目的以及學(xué)校、家庭、社會的支持力度。
[Abstract]:Badminton originated in Britain and was introduced into China at the beginning of the 20th century. The development of badminton sport in our country has gone from the beginning of 1950s to the peak of badminton in the 21 century. No matter in domestic or world level competitions, China's badminton sports can create excellent results and constantly create new miracles in the major competitions. Throughout the development of badminton teams in the world, with the attention paid by foreign countries to competitive sports, for example, the competitive level of Japan, Singapore and other national teams has brought about a certain impact on China's badminton. At present, the development of badminton in China is faced with a serious period of new and old alternation. Through this phenomenon, it is not difficult to find that there are major problems in the sports reserve talent of badminton in our country. In order to make badminton in our country flourish and maintain its advantages in a series of important competitions, we must attach importance to the level of badminton training at the primary and secondary level in our country, and start from the foundation and adopt advanced and scientific selection of materials. Scientific and systematic training is carried out to continuously improve the skill and tactics of the athletes, so as to strengthen the training level of the basic-level athletes as a whole, and to transport more excellent sports seedlings for the higher level. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the development of Shunwen Middle School Badminton Sports team through the questionnaire survey of badminton team members of Shunwen Middle School in Jinan City, and the exchange of school leaders, teachers and coaches in the field. The analysis of the results shows that the Jinan Shunwen Middle School is a nine-year state run middle school approved by the Jinan Education Bureau, the Central District Committee of Jinan City and the District Government in July 2006. The school now has a gymnasium, a standard track and field, and six standard badminton sports venues. According to the school's sports facilities, the school emphasizes the development of badminton sports teams. Happy feather ball class exercise and badminton physical education class teaching. 2, Jinan Shunwen middle school coaches through many years of teaching experience and scientific selection, and through different physical indicators for reasonable selection, Selecting excellent sports seedlings for after-school sports training. 3. The badminton team of Shunwen Middle School in Jinan has a purpose, a plan, and an organized leadership to carry out different special training, so that the athletes' special quality and skills can be improved. In order to improve the competitive level. 4, coaches make full use of the students' spare time for scientific and effective training, and properly arrange the tradeoff between students' study and training. 5. In the process of studying and training badminton players in Jinan Shunwen Middle School, Adopting the management mode of combining parents, teachers and coaches, advocating the idea of "learning first, training auxiliary", combining the current motivation tendency of students to participate in training, The main reason of influencing training is the motivation and purpose of athletes' training and the support of school, family and society.
