以學(xué)案為載體的高中化學(xué)小組合作學(xué)習(xí)與評(píng)價(jià)的教學(xué)研究

【摘要】:四川省高中教育于2010年9月份全面實(shí)施新課程改革,新課改要求在課堂教學(xué)中突出學(xué)生主體,教學(xué)活動(dòng)中體現(xiàn)出學(xué)生的自主、合作、探究。本文從分析已有的論著的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前教育界基于小組合作學(xué)習(xí)在高中化學(xué)教學(xué)、學(xué)案的設(shè)計(jì)等方面的研究已經(jīng)非常深入,但是鮮有把課堂小組的使用與評(píng)價(jià)融合在一起的先例,所以將其結(jié)合在一起也就成了筆者的研究方向。本文從四川省新課改的背景下,龍泉驛區(qū)首先進(jìn)行的“DJP”(導(dǎo)講評(píng))式教學(xué)和區(qū)化學(xué)教研室逐步成熟的“3D”(導(dǎo)動(dòng)達(dá))式教學(xué)為依托,講述了學(xué)案的編寫(xiě)步驟。本人又結(jié)合自己編寫(xiě)的學(xué)案及自己執(zhí)教的課堂教學(xué)實(shí)錄,對(duì)教學(xué)的各環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行評(píng)析,介紹了課堂教學(xué)中小組作用與評(píng)價(jià)的使用方法。同時(shí),本人結(jié)合龍泉一中使用的課堂觀察量表,闡述了如何對(duì)教師課堂的評(píng)價(jià)行為進(jìn)行量化評(píng)價(jià)。逐步形成了課堂學(xué)習(xí)小組的建設(shè)與評(píng)價(jià)方案。該方案中主要從課堂學(xué)習(xí)小組的構(gòu)建、課堂學(xué)習(xí)小組的評(píng)價(jià)、評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的使用等方面進(jìn)行了闡述。依據(jù)學(xué)案,教師在課堂上與教材同步,學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)學(xué)生與教師同步。依據(jù)課堂觀察量表和課堂學(xué)習(xí)小組的構(gòu)建與評(píng)價(jià)方案,使教師在課堂上行為具有規(guī)范性,形成了高效課堂,活力課堂,快樂(lè)課堂。此研究具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:Sichuan province high school in 2010 September the full implementation of the new curriculum reform, new curriculum requirements of students in the classroom teaching, reflect students' autonomy, teaching activities in cooperation and inquiry. Based on the analysis of the existing works, found that the current education for learning in Senior Chemistry Teaching Based on the combination of research. The plan design has been very in-depth, but rarely use and evaluation of classroom group together before, so it together becomes the research direction of the author. This article from the new curriculum reform in Sichuan Province under the background of Longquanyi District first "DJP" (a comment) teaching room department of chemistry and area type gradually mature "3D" (by moving) teaching as the basis, describes the steps of designing the learning plan. I also combine their written teaching and teaching their own classroom teaching practice of teaching book Various aspects of the analysis, the paper introduces the method of using function and evaluation in classroom teaching group. At the same time, I used a combination of Longquan classroom observation scale, expounds how to evaluate teachers' classroom behavior for quantitative evaluation. And gradually formed a set construction and evaluation scheme of classroom learning group. This scheme mainly from classroom learning team construction, evaluation of classroom learning group, in terms of the use of the evaluation results were discussed. According to the plan, teachers and teaching materials in synchronous classroom, learning of students and teachers. On the basis of synchronous construction and evaluation scheme of classroom observation questionnaire and classroom learning group, the teacher behavior in the classroom is normative the formation, efficient classroom, classroom activity, happy classroom. This study has very strong practicability and maneuverability.
