【摘要】：教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的問題已成為國內(nèi)外教師教育的研究熱點(diǎn),教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展離不開教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)和專業(yè)能力的提高。教學(xué)研究能力是中學(xué)物理教師必備的基本能力之一,對(duì)中學(xué)物理教師教學(xué)研究能力結(jié)構(gòu)要素和影響因素的分析,能夠?yàn)橹袑W(xué)物理教師教學(xué)研究能力的提高提供理論依據(jù)和事實(shí)依據(jù),促進(jìn)中學(xué)物理教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。本研究基于教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ)以及新課程改革對(duì)中學(xué)物理教師能力和素質(zhì)的基本要求,通過對(duì)中學(xué)物理教師教學(xué)研究現(xiàn)狀的分析,構(gòu)建出中學(xué)物理教師的教學(xué)研究能力結(jié)構(gòu)要素;通過問卷調(diào)查分析出中學(xué)物理教師教學(xué)研究能力的關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)要素和影響中學(xué)物理教師教學(xué)研究能力形成的內(nèi)在因素和外在因素;根據(jù)中學(xué)物理教師教學(xué)研究能力的結(jié)構(gòu)要素和影響因素的分析,提出中學(xué)物理教師教學(xué)研究能力的培養(yǎng)策略。本研究豐富了教師能力論的內(nèi)涵,為今后的中學(xué)教師教學(xué)研究能力的研究提供了一定的理論依據(jù),對(duì)完善中學(xué)教師特別是中學(xué)理科教師的培養(yǎng)、培訓(xùn)方案以及促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展具有非常重要的意義。
[Abstract]:The problem of teachers' professional development has become the research hotspot of teacher education at home and abroad. The professional development of teachers can not be separated from the improvement of teachers' professional quality and ability. Teaching research ability is one of the essential basic abilities of physics teachers in middle schools. The analysis of the structural elements and influencing factors of the teaching and research ability of middle school physics teachers can provide theoretical and factual basis for the improvement of the teaching research ability of middle school physics teachers. Based on the theoretical basis of teachers' professional development and the basic requirements of the new curriculum reform on the ability and quality of middle school physics teachers, this study analyzes the present situation of the teaching research of physics teachers in middle schools. The key structural elements of the teaching research ability of middle school physics teachers and the internal and external factors that influence the formation of the teaching research ability of middle school physics teachers are analyzed by questionnaire survey. Based on the analysis of the structural elements and influencing factors of the teaching research ability of middle school physics teachers, the training strategies of the teaching research ability of middle school physics teachers are put forward. This research enriches the connotation of the theory of teachers' ability. It provides a certain theoretical basis for the research of the teaching research ability of middle school teachers in the future. It is of great significance to improve the training and training of middle school teachers, especially middle school science teachers, as well as to promote the professional development of teachers.
