【摘要】：校長信息化領(lǐng)導力是教育信息化背景下校長的必備能力。參考心理資本與信息化領(lǐng)導力的相關(guān)量表,基于校長心理資本、校長信息化領(lǐng)導力的概念解讀,設(shè)計校長心理資本與校長信息化領(lǐng)導力的評價指標,以中小學校長為調(diào)研對象,開展問卷調(diào)研,利用SEM(結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型)分析法進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,探究校長心理資本的四種結(jié)構(gòu)成分(即自我效能、樂觀、希望以及堅韌性)與校長信息化領(lǐng)導力的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):自我效能對其樂觀、希望、堅韌性均有直接的正向作用效應,樂觀對其希望、堅韌性具有直接的正向作用效應,希望對堅韌性具有直接的正向作用效應,樂觀、堅韌性對校長的信息化領(lǐng)導力均具有直接的正向作用效應,在校長心理資本的不同結(jié)構(gòu)成分中,樂觀對校長信息化領(lǐng)導力的影響效應最大�；谘芯拷Y(jié)果,有針對性地提出指向信息化領(lǐng)導力培養(yǎng)的心理資本開發(fā)建議:將樂觀作為校長信息化領(lǐng)導力培養(yǎng)的動力支持;以自我效能為校長信息化領(lǐng)導力培養(yǎng)的信念支撐;以希望與堅韌性為校長信息化領(lǐng)導力培養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵樞紐。
[Abstract]:The information leadership of principals is the essential ability of principals under the background of educational informatization. Referring to the scale of psychological capital and information-based leadership, based on the concept of headmasters' psychological capital, the concept of headmasters' information-based leadership is interpreted. The evaluation index of principal's psychological capital and principal's information leadership is designed. Taking the principal of primary and middle school as the research object, the questionnaire is carried out, and the data is analyzed by means of SEM (structural equation model) analysis method. This paper explores the relationship between the four structural components of principals' psychological capital (i.e. self-efficacy, optimism, hope and tenacity) and the information leadership of principals. Tenacity has direct positive effect, optimism has direct positive effect on tenacity, optimism has direct positive effect on toughness, optimism has direct positive effect on tenacity. Tenacity has a direct positive effect on the information leadership of the principal. Among the different structural components of the principal's psychological capital, optimism has the greatest effect on the information leadership of the principal. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of psychological capital pointing to the cultivation of information leadership: taking optimism as the motive force for the cultivation of information leadership of principals, taking self-efficacy as the belief support for the cultivation of information leadership of principals; Hope and tenacity are the key pivot of the principal's information leadership training.
