【摘要】：正教育集團必須涵養(yǎng)成員校的文化基因,保護成員校文化的獨特性、文化種類和層次的多樣化,保護成員校在集團化發(fā)展中的自身特色。文化是教育集團的核心競爭力,是集團化辦學的生命力所在。集團化辦學要建立文化實現(xiàn)機制,以文化實現(xiàn)集團治理。但教育集團規(guī)模大、成員多,有多種文化因子并存,集團文化建設的能力和策略要求很高,實踐操作的藝術性要求
