初中班干部隊伍組建方式的實踐與反思

【摘要】:在我國的中小學(xué)中,班干部是一種重要的社會角色,不僅是一種由班級或者班主任賦予合法權(quán)利的人,也是除了學(xué)生之外的另一種身份。在研究班干部隊伍的組建方式中,我們無法回避“班干部”制度,不得不提到班干部的選拔、班干部的培養(yǎng)等。在對班干部制度的認識上,也無法不去看它的歷史演變。對歷史的回顧是理解、解釋現(xiàn)實的必要前提,“理解”需要有時間性與歷史性,我們對“班干部隊伍”的認識也需要有一個歷史、發(fā)展的視野。本文以解釋學(xué)的方法論、權(quán)力的理論視角為支撐,通過對建國以來班干部制度的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展、演進的梳理,看到隨著社會的前進和教育理念的不斷更新,我國的班干部制度從形式上進行著變革,也正朝著一個更加合理和更加健康的方向發(fā)展。其次,為了解初中班干部隊伍組建方式,對D校初二W班的師生、家長進行了觀察和訪談,收集資料,描述和展現(xiàn)了該班干部隊伍的組建和運行過程,探討了班干部應(yīng)具有的素質(zhì),從學(xué)校、家庭、朋輩三方面歸納了學(xué)生當(dāng)不當(dāng)班干部的影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),W班到現(xiàn)在共有兩屆班委,第一次是班主任任命,第二次是民主選舉,在這個過程中,班主任的意見和第一年形成的習(xí)慣都影響了第二次的民主選舉,也從另一側(cè)面說明班干部隊伍逐漸得到班級成員的認同。再次,對幾種主要的班干部隊伍組建方式進行分析比較,并在權(quán)力視角下分析了班干部與班主任、其他班干部、普通學(xué)生之間的關(guān)系,將“班干部權(quán)力”作為資源的思考,探討了班干部制度的本真價值,提出了在價值回歸背景下的班干部隊伍組建方式的策略。
[Abstract]:In primary and secondary schools in our country, class cadres are an important social role, not only a person who is legally empowered by a class or a class teacher, but also an identity other than a student. We cannot avoid the "class cadre" system. We have to mention the selection of class cadres, the training of class cadres, and so on. In terms of our understanding of the class cadre system, we cannot fail to see its historical evolution. Looking back on history is an understanding. The necessary premise of explaining reality, "understanding" needs to have time and history, our understanding of "class cadre team" also needs a historical and developing field of vision. This paper is supported by the methodology of hermeneutics and the theoretical perspective of power. By combing the emergence, development and evolution of the class cadre system since the founding of the people's Republic of China, we can see that with the progress of society and the continuous renewal of educational concepts, the class cadre system in our country is undergoing formal changes. It is also moving towards a more reasonable and healthier direction. Secondly, in order to understand the way the junior middle school class cadres are organized, parents have conducted observation and interviews with the teachers and students of Grade 2 W in School D to collect data. This paper describes and shows the course of the formation and operation of the class cadre team, discusses the quality of the class cadre, from the school, the family, The study found that there are two class committees in the class, the first being the appointment of a class teacher and the second being a democratic election. In this process, Both the opinions of the class teacher and the habit formed in the first year affected the second democratic election, and it also showed from another aspect that the team of class cadres gradually gained the approval of the class members. Once again, This paper analyzes and compares several main ways of organizing class cadres, analyzes the relationship between class cadres and class teachers, other class cadres and ordinary students from the perspective of power, and considers "class cadre power" as a resource. This paper probes into the real value of the class cadre system, and puts forward the tactics of organizing the class cadre team under the background of the return of value.
