升學班與就業(yè)班中職生在數(shù)學學習自我決定與內在動機方面的比較研究

【摘要】:我國經濟正處于持續(xù)快速的發(fā)展過程中,對高技術含量工作崗位實用型人才的需求量不斷攀升,因此對職業(yè)教育提出了更高的要求。數(shù)學教育在中職學校中起著培養(yǎng)中職生數(shù)學素養(yǎng)的重要作用。面對時代發(fā)展的需要,中職學校需要不斷深化調整,中職生的結構出現(xiàn)了新的變化。目前中職學校主要有升學班與就業(yè)班兩種劃分,在數(shù)學教學過程中對這兩種不同班制的學生需要有系統(tǒng)的研究比較,以期在教育教學中能夠更加有針對性,充分挖掘每個學生的潛力。本文旨在通過對中職學校升學班與就業(yè)班學生在數(shù)學學習中關于自我決定和內在動機方面進行調查和比較研究。采用文獻分析法、問卷調查法對對這兩種班制的學生在自我決定和內在動機方面中的各維度的差異進行分析,并剖析差異產生的原因,為中職生更好地學習數(shù)學提出建議。調查研究結果表明:(1)在數(shù)學學習的過程中,無論升學班還是就業(yè)班學生都有被逼無奈的情緒,就業(yè)班學生對負面情緒的控制力遠不如升學班學生,面對學習數(shù)學時的焦慮也要高出升學班的學生許多。(2)就業(yè)班學生對學習數(shù)學時的自我定位不清晰,他們更傾向于受外部因素支配。中職生在數(shù)學學習中自我決定和內在動機水平的程度均較低,升學班學生也只是勉強達到中等水平。(3)中職生對學好的數(shù)學的重要性都普遍認同,但在自覺選擇方面普遍水平不高,對于學好數(shù)學的壓力在中職生中普遍存在,其中就業(yè)班學生在面對數(shù)學學習時表現(xiàn)得更加緊張和不安。(4)中職學校學生在自我決定理論視角下對于能力與知覺方面表現(xiàn)出矛盾的一面,普遍對自身估計存在偏差。(5)就業(yè)班學生自身之間在面對數(shù)學學習時,在自我決定和內在動機水平的各維度之間也表現(xiàn)出明顯的不均衡,有分化兩極的趨勢。依據(jù)調查結果提出促進中職生數(shù)學學習動機的建議:(1)針對中職生關于數(shù)學學習中自覺選擇能力差的情況加強對其學習方法及學習意義的指導;(2)面對數(shù)學學習中的緊張和焦慮培養(yǎng)學生的自信和不屈不撓的精神;(3)激發(fā)中職學生的內部動機;(4)充分重視基本知識的教學。
[Abstract]:China's economy is in the process of sustained and rapid development, and the demand for practical talents in high-tech jobs is constantly rising. Therefore, higher requirements have been put forward for vocational education. Mathematics education plays an important role in cultivating students' mathematics literacy in secondary vocational schools. In the face of the needs of the development of the times, secondary vocational schools need to continuously deepen the adjustment. There is a new change in the structure of secondary vocational school students. At present, there are two kinds of division between advanced classes and employment classes in secondary vocational schools. In the process of mathematics teaching, students with different classes need to be systematically studied and compared. In order to be more targeted in education and teaching, The purpose of this paper is to investigate and compare students' self-determination and intrinsic motivation in mathematics study in secondary vocational schools by means of literature analysis. A questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the differences in the dimensions of self-determination and intrinsic motivation between the two classes, and the reasons for the differences were analyzed. Make suggestions for secondary vocational school students to learn mathematics better. The research results show that in the process of studying mathematics, students in both advanced and employment classes have the feeling of being forced to do so. The students in the employment class are far less able to control negative emotions than those in the advanced class, and the anxiety in learning mathematics is also higher than that of the students in the advanced class. Many of the students in the employment class are not clear about their self-orientation in the study of mathematics. They tend to be dominated by external factors. Secondary vocational students have lower levels of self-determination and intrinsic motivation in mathematics learning, and students in advanced classes only barely reach the middle level.) the importance of secondary vocational students in learning mathematics is generally recognized. However, the general level of conscious choice is not high, and the pressure to learn mathematics is common among secondary vocational students. Among them, the students in the employment class show more tension and uneasiness in the face of mathematics study.) the students in the secondary vocational school show a contradiction between ability and perception in the perspective of self-determination theory. Generally, there is a deviation in self-estimation. (5) the students in the employment class also show obvious imbalance in the dimensions of self-determination and intrinsic motivation level when they are faced with mathematics learning. According to the results of the survey, the suggestion to promote the motivation of mathematics learning of secondary vocational school students: 1) to strengthen the guidance on the learning methods and significance of secondary vocational school students in view of the poor self-conscious choice ability in mathematics learning. In the face of stress and anxiety in mathematics study, students are encouraged to have confidence and indomitable spirit. 4) to pay full attention to the teaching of basic knowledge.
