上海市長寧區(qū)中小學(xué)校保健老師工作現(xiàn)狀及需求調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:目的了解上海市長寧區(qū)中小學(xué)校保健老師的工作現(xiàn)狀和需求。方法在59所中小學(xué)校中隨機(jī)選取61名保健老師,采用自行編制的《學(xué)校保健老師工作需求調(diào)查表》,在其集中培訓(xùn)時(shí)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場調(diào)查。結(jié)果 65.6%為本科學(xué)歷,62.3%為初級(jí)職稱,34.4%為護(hù)理專業(yè);72.1%為專職人員,27.9%為兼職人員;60.7%認(rèn)為完全能勝任工作。存在的主要問題前3位為待遇不高(75.4%)、職稱晉升困難(62.3%)和社會(huì)認(rèn)同度不高(55.7%);最希望從衛(wèi)生部門獲得的專業(yè)指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)前3位為意外傷害事故防治(55.7%)、傳染病處置規(guī)范與流程和消毒隔離措施及健康教育技能(均占44.3%)、學(xué)生視力不良干預(yù)(39.3%);最希望獲得知識(shí)的途徑前3位為健康講座(65.6%)、專題培訓(xùn)(63.9%)和宣傳資料(57.4%);83.6%希望能參與到區(qū)內(nèi)繼續(xù)醫(yī)學(xué)教育中;僅6.6%不希望繼續(xù)晉升職稱。結(jié)論衛(wèi)生和教育相關(guān)部門需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對(duì)保健老師的專業(yè)指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn),探索制定解決其繼續(xù)醫(yī)學(xué)教育和職稱晉升問題的相關(guān)政策。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status quo and needs of health care teachers in primary and secondary schools in Changning District, Shanghai. Methods 61 health care teachers were randomly selected from 59 primary and secondary schools. In this paper, a self-compiled questionnaire on the work needs of school health care teachers was used to carry out a field investigation in the course of centralized training. Results 65.6% was undergraduate degree, 62.3% was junior professional title, 72.1% was full-time staff, 27.9% was part-time staff, and 60.7% was part-time. It is considered that the top three main problems are low treatment 75.45.4am, professional title promotion difficult 62.3) and social identity low 55.75.70.The first three most desired professional guidance and training from the health sector are accidents and injuries. Prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, norms and procedures for handling infectious diseases, disinfection and isolation measures, and health education skills (44.33%, 39.3% for students with poor eyesight; 65.636% for health talks, 63.9% for special training) and 57.4% for students with poor eyesight. Hope to participate in continuing medical education in the region; Conclusion Health and education departments should further strengthen the professional guidance and training of health care teachers and explore the relevant policies to solve the problems of continuing medical education and professional promotion.
