【摘要】：正中小學(xué)教師的工資或收入狀況不僅是教師個(gè)人的切身利益所在,而且關(guān)系著教師職業(yè)社會(huì)聲望與經(jīng)濟(jì)地位,影響著中小學(xué)教師供給水平和隊(duì)伍穩(wěn)定,也是國家、地方教育財(cái)政制度的重要組成部分。因此,教師收入是一個(gè)十分復(fù)雜的基礎(chǔ)性問題。2015年,中央啟動(dòng)了新一輪機(jī)關(guān)事業(yè)單位工資制度改革,中小學(xué)教師工資制度改革也隨之成為政府和公眾關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本輪中小學(xué)教師工資制度改革既關(guān)注提高教師工資水平,更關(guān)注如何調(diào)整教師工資結(jié)構(gòu)和財(cái)政保障機(jī)制以建立適應(yīng)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)要求的教師工資體制,可以說教師工資改革正重新踏入"深水
[Abstract]:The salary or income of primary and secondary school teachers is not only the personal interests of teachers, but also related to the professional social prestige and economic status of teachers, affecting the supply level of primary and secondary school teachers and the stability of the ranks, is also the country. Therefore, the income of teachers is a very complicated and fundamental issue. In 2015, the central government launched a new round of reform of the wage system of government institutions and institutions. The reform of teachers' wage system in primary and secondary schools has also become the focus of the government and the public. This round of reform of the teachers' wage system in primary and secondary schools has not only focused on raising the level of teachers' wages, More attention is paid to how to adjust the structure of teachers' wages and the mechanism of financial security in order to set up a teacher's wage system that meets the requirements of the market economy. It can be said that the reform of teachers' wages is re-entering the deep water.
