【摘要】：《中學(xué)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》以政策文本的形式對(duì)中學(xué)教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)性給予了肯定,規(guī)定了合格中學(xué)教師應(yīng)具備的專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的提出,一方面為教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展指明了方向,另一方面也為教師評(píng)價(jià)提供了依據(jù)。那么,中學(xué)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)達(dá)成度處于什么樣的水平?與《中學(xué)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》提出的具體要求是否還存在差距?存在哪些差距?了解這些,對(duì)于發(fā)現(xiàn)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)并采取有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策予以提高有重要意義。為了了解中學(xué)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的達(dá)成度,研究選取了河南省部分中學(xué),發(fā)放了450份《中學(xué)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)達(dá)成度調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》,調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括中學(xué)教師基本情況及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)達(dá)成情況兩個(gè)部分,同時(shí)在調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了一對(duì)一的教師深度訪談。通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)中學(xué)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)達(dá)成度呈現(xiàn)出以下特點(diǎn):(1)中學(xué)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)達(dá)成度仍有提升的空間;(2)農(nóng)村中學(xué)教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)達(dá)成度低于城市教師;(3)初中教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)達(dá)成度低于高中教師;(4)專(zhuān)業(yè)理解和職業(yè)認(rèn)同有待深化;(5)對(duì)待學(xué)生的態(tài)度和行為有待改善;(6)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)不均衡;(7)班級(jí)管理能力亟待提高;(8)教師文化馬賽克,合作表面化;(9)反思方式單一,反思效果有待提高;(10)職業(yè)規(guī)劃不明晰。結(jié)合對(duì)教師訪談資料的分析與總結(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)中學(xué)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)達(dá)成度的高低主要受到教師學(xué)歷、工資待遇、學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)、自我發(fā)展意識(shí)等多方面因素的影響。要促進(jìn)中學(xué)教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)達(dá)成度,需要從以下幾個(gè)方面做出努力:(1)構(gòu)建多層次的教師專(zhuān)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提高中學(xué)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的針對(duì)性;(2)完善教師教育體系,促進(jìn)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展;(3)建立科學(xué)的教師評(píng)價(jià)與激勵(lì)機(jī)制;(4)加強(qiáng)合作與交流,促進(jìn)教師共同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The Professional Standards for Middle School Teachers (for trial implementation) affirmed the professionalism of middle school teachers in the form of policy texts, and stipulated the professional qualities that qualified middle school teachers should possess. The proposal of the standards points out the direction for teachers' professional development on the one hand, On the other hand, it also provides the basis for teacher evaluation. Then, what is the level of achievement of professional standards for middle school teachers? Is there still a gap between the specific requirements set by the Professional Standards for Middle School Teachers (trial)? What are the gaps? To understand these, it is important to find out the weak links in teachers' professional development and to take targeted countermeasures to improve them. In order to understand the degree of achievement of professional standards of middle school teachers, the study selected some middle schools in Henan Province. A total of 450 questionnaires on the achievement of professional standards for secondary school teachers were distributed. The contents of the survey included two parts: the basic situation of middle school teachers and the achievement of standards. At the same time, on the basis of the questionnaire, we conducted a one-to-one in-depth interview with the teachers. Through the analysis of the questionnaire data, It is found that the degree of achievement of professional standards of middle school teachers shows the following characteristics: 1) there is still room for improvement in the degree of achievement of professional standards of middle school teachers. 2) the degree of achievement of professional standards of middle school teachers in rural areas is lower than that of urban teachers. 3) the professional standards of junior middle school teachers. The degree of achievement is lower than that of senior high school teachers (4) professional understanding and professional identity need to be deepened. (5) attitudes and behaviors towards students need to be improved. 7) the ability of class management needs to be improved. The reflection mode is single, the reflection effect needs to be improved and the career planning is not clear. Based on the analysis and summary of teachers' interview data, it is found that the degree of achievement of professional standards of middle school teachers is mainly paid by teachers' qualifications and wages. To promote the achievement of professional standards for middle school teachers, we need to make efforts to build a multi-level professional standard for teachers from the following aspects:. To improve the professional development of middle school teachers (2) to perfect the teacher education system and to promote the teachers' professional development. (4) to strengthen cooperation and exchange, and to promote the common development of teachers.
