中學(xué)教師同事關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:教師同事關(guān)系是學(xué)校人際交往中非常重要的一種關(guān)系。然而在升學(xué)壓力與競爭越演越烈的中學(xué),人們更多關(guān)注師生關(guān)系,而常常忽視教師同事關(guān)系。教師的工作具有個(gè)性特點(diǎn),所有學(xué)生的發(fā)展都是教師集體共同作用的結(jié)果。教師同事關(guān)系的好壞,不僅影響學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)及成長,還影響教師個(gè)人和學(xué)校的發(fā)展。對(duì)中學(xué)教師同事關(guān)系的研究,對(duì)教師、學(xué)生及學(xué)校都具有積極意義。同事關(guān)系微妙而又無形,隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展,中學(xué)教師同事關(guān)系也發(fā)生著變化。尋找促進(jìn)中學(xué)教師同事關(guān)系建設(shè)的策略,就得對(duì)目前中學(xué)教師同事關(guān)系存在的主要問題進(jìn)行研究。筆者主要以D市W中學(xué)為數(shù)據(jù)抽樣校,此外還對(duì)不同地域、學(xué)校的部分同行進(jìn)行了調(diào)查訪談,通過問卷調(diào)查、深度訪談等發(fā)現(xiàn),目前中學(xué)教師在同事交往、合作、競爭及理解關(guān)系的建設(shè)上,存在問題和困惑相對(duì)較多。通過調(diào)查分析,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn):目前中學(xué)教師同事交往主要存在,頻率過低、深度不夠、缺乏真誠等問題;同事合作主要存在,不規(guī)范、缺乏保障、人為合作大多流于形式等問題;同事競爭主要存在,評(píng)價(jià)體系不完善、教師間不良競爭增多等問題;同事理解主要存在,缺乏溝通、互不信任、理念沖突、學(xué)校制度和管理方式不完善等問題。尋找促進(jìn)中學(xué)教師同事關(guān)系的策略,首先要從教師入手。教師要充分認(rèn)識(shí)到同事關(guān)系的重要性,掌握一定的交際技能,學(xué)會(huì)正確認(rèn)識(shí)和處理同事關(guān)系問題。其次,學(xué)校要“以人為本”,建立健全相關(guān)制度,為教師同事關(guān)系發(fā)展提供良好的內(nèi)部保障。第三,社會(huì)要營造良好風(fēng)氣,關(guān)注教師切身問題,為教師同事關(guān)系發(fā)展提供健康的外部環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The teacher-colleague relationship is a very important relationship in school interpersonal communication. However, in the middle school where the pressure and competition for further education are increasing, people pay more attention to the teacher-student relationship, but often ignore the teacher-colleague relationship. The teacher's work has its own characteristics. The development of all students is the result of the collective action of teachers. The relationship between teachers and colleagues not only affects students' learning and growth, but also affects the development of teachers and schools. Students and schools are of positive significance. The coworker relationship is subtle and invisible. With the development of the times, the relationship between middle school teachers and colleagues has also changed. The author mainly takes D City W Middle School as the data sampling school, and also carries on the investigation interview to the different region, the school colleague, through the questionnaire investigation, the author mainly takes the D city W middle school as the data sampling school, also carries on the investigation interview to the school colleague relations at present, through the questionnaire survey, It is found that there are relatively many problems and puzzles in the construction of coworkers' communication, cooperation, competition and understanding. Through the investigation and analysis, the author finds that: at present, the middle school teachers' colleagues' communication mainly exists. Problems such as too low frequency, insufficient depth, lack of sincerity and so on; main problems of co-workers' cooperation, such as, non-standard, lack of guarantee, artificial cooperation are mostly mere formality, and so on; the competition among colleagues is the main problem, and the evaluation system is not perfect. Problems such as increasing bad competition among teachers, colleagues understanding of the main problems, lack of communication, mistrust, conflict of ideas, imperfect school system and management methods, etc. Looking for strategies to promote the relationship between teachers and colleagues in middle school, First of all, we should start with teachers. Teachers should fully realize the importance of co-worker relationship, master certain communicative skills, learn to correctly understand and deal with the problem of co-worker relationship. Secondly, the school should be "people-oriented" and establish and improve the related system. Third, the society should create a good atmosphere, pay attention to teachers' immediate problems, and provide a healthy external environment for the development of teacher-colleague relationship.
