【摘要】：班級是學(xué)校管理結(jié)構(gòu)中最基礎(chǔ)的單元,班級管理的科學(xué)性、有效性對人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量有著深遠(yuǎn)的影響。然而現(xiàn)實(shí)中初中班級管理存在許多問題,在諸多問題中,班主任權(quán)威絕對化問題最嚴(yán)重,直接影響到班級管理的順利進(jìn)行及其有效性。因此,筆者選擇這個(gè)問題作為研究的重點(diǎn),通過教師行動研究,嘗試探索一種班級自主管理的新方式,以喚醒、發(fā)展學(xué)生的主體意識,以班級為載體,提供和創(chuàng)造學(xué)生主動成長的機(jī)會,以鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生自主個(gè)性的成長,加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)。論文探討了班級自主管理問題的源起,明確了研究的意義與價(jià)值。通過對國內(nèi)外班級自主管理已有研究成果的梳理,發(fā)現(xiàn)已有研究存在的不足與本研究新的生長點(diǎn)。以此為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)本研究的行動方案,對班級自主管理進(jìn)行實(shí)踐性探索,重點(diǎn)描述了班級自主管理的規(guī)章制度建設(shè)、班級自主管理的文化建設(shè)、班級自主管理的活動開展、提出了班級自主管理的評價(jià)指標(biāo)并進(jìn)行了自評。對行動方案實(shí)施的重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)和主要措施進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)記錄。最后,總結(jié)班級自主管理的成效,并對整個(gè)行動研究進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真反思。主要發(fā)現(xiàn)仍存在的問題是:班級自主管理容易走向程式化;部分學(xué)生重視律人忽略律己;學(xué)生自主管理成為變相的學(xué)生干部管理;班主任的放權(quán)問題,相應(yīng)提出了改進(jìn)思路。
[Abstract]:Class is the most basic unit in the school management structure. The scientific and effective management of the class has a profound impact on the quality of talent training. However, in reality, there are many problems in junior middle school class management, among which, The problem of absolute authority of class teachers is the most serious, which directly affects the smooth progress of class management and its effectiveness. Therefore, the author chooses this problem as the focus of the research, through the teacher action research, Try to explore a new way of class autonomous management to awaken and develop students' consciousness of subject, take class as carrier, provide and create opportunities for students' active growth, in order to encourage the growth of students' autonomous personality. This paper discusses the origin of the problem of class autonomy management, and clarifies the significance and value of the research. On the basis of this, the author designs the plan of action of this study, explores the practice of the class autonomous management, and describes emphatically the construction of the rules and regulations of the class autonomous management, and finds out the deficiency of the existing research and the new growing point of this study. The cultural construction of class autonomous management, the activities of class autonomous management, the evaluation index of class autonomous management and the self-evaluation are put forward. The key links and main measures of the implementation of the action plan are recorded in detail. This paper summarizes the effect of class autonomy management, and makes a serious reflection on the whole action research. The main problems still exist are: class autonomy management tends to be stylized, some students attach importance to the discipline, and some students ignore the discipline. The independent management of students becomes the management of student cadres in disguise.
