高中思想政治課合作學(xué)習(xí)中角色分配及其實施過程探討

【摘要】:合作在經(jīng)濟全球化的今天有著越來越重要的地位,合作學(xué)習(xí)作為合作在教育學(xué)領(lǐng)域的延伸也越來越受到國內(nèi)外教育學(xué)界的廣泛關(guān)注和應(yīng)用。積極互賴是合作學(xué)習(xí)的核心基本要素之一,同時也是檢驗合作學(xué)習(xí)有效性的標準之一。同時,角色互賴作為積極互賴的深層內(nèi)容,也能是積極互賴的重要類型之一角色分配則成為能否形成角色互賴的關(guān)鍵步驟。然而,在目前的高中思想政治課堂中合作學(xué)習(xí)流于形式很大程度上是一方面由于教師對合作學(xué)習(xí)理論學(xué)習(xí)沒有深入到角色分配的理論上,另一方面由于在實施合作學(xué)習(xí)時沒有涉及到角色的設(shè)計與分配。通過圍繞角色分配及其實施過程進行深入的探討,使合作學(xué)習(xí)理論得到深化和發(fā)展,同時結(jié)合高中思想政治課對角色分配進行教學(xué)上的探討。論文主要從以下五個部分進行探討:第一部分:通過文獻法對合作學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)的文獻進行整理和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)對合作學(xué)習(xí)研究的文獻有很多,但是很少有深入到積極互賴以及角色互賴的層面,對角色分配的研究更是寥寥無幾。同時,通過對各學(xué)科關(guān)于合作學(xué)習(xí)的文獻進行整理和分析發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)合高中思想政治課教學(xué)對角色分配及其實施過程的研究幾乎沒有,從而提出了本文的研究點。這對深入研究合作學(xué)習(xí)和高中思想政治課角色分配有著重要的理論和實踐意義。第二部分:通過圍繞角色分配進行深入的理論探討。從合作學(xué)習(xí)基本要素的角度通過對互賴、積極互賴的含義以及積極互賴類型的研究指出積極互賴是一種相互支持、相互依賴的關(guān)系,同時對合作學(xué)習(xí)的定義以及合作學(xué)習(xí)要素的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)合作學(xué)習(xí)離不開積極互賴。從積極互賴的角度對角色互賴進行研究,得出在靜態(tài)上角色互賴是積極互賴的一種類型,在動態(tài)上角色互賴是實現(xiàn)積極互賴的一種途徑。從角色互賴的角度對角色以及角色分配含義的研究得出角色分配是形成角色互賴的重要環(huán)節(jié)。第三部分:闡述角色分配的相關(guān)路徑、原則與方式以及角色分配的具體過程。通過運用社會學(xué)的角色理論和人力資源管理的人崗理論來闡述合作學(xué)習(xí)下小組角色分配的兩種路徑和三種分配原則。通過對日常教學(xué)課堂的觀察并總結(jié)歸納在合作學(xué)習(xí)中角色分配常見的三種方式,并對這三種分配方式進行優(yōu)缺點分析。依據(jù)之前角色分配的路徑、原則與方式來詳細闡述角色分配的具體實施過程即設(shè)計多種且相互依賴的角色、學(xué)生對自我以及角色的認識與認同和學(xué)生自主選擇為主教師調(diào)整為輔的角色確定方式三個步驟。第四部分:結(jié)合課堂教學(xué)在角色分配的路徑、原則與方式下對角色分配的實施過程進行探討。在分析了高中思想政治課實施角色分配的可行性和重要性之后結(jié)合高中思想政治必修3《文化生活》第四單元第八課第二框《在文化中選擇》,設(shè)計一個課例,并圍繞角色分配的實施過程提出相應(yīng)的教學(xué)建議:依據(jù)教學(xué)任務(wù)設(shè)計相應(yīng)的角色來形成多種且相互依賴的角色,通過填寫“角色任務(wù)表”來使學(xué)生認識和認同自我和角色,學(xué)生通過填寫角色選擇表來自主選擇角色教師并加以調(diào)整的方式來確定角色,通過對角色的輪換的方式使不同的學(xué)生扮演不同的角色,使學(xué)生在扮演角色分過程中得到社會化的成長。第五部分:本研究的結(jié)束語部分,總結(jié)本研究并得出相應(yīng)結(jié)論,并對今后的研究提出后續(xù)的展望。
[Abstract]:Cooperation plays a more and more important role in the economic globalization today, cooperative learning is to extend cooperation in the field of education school is more and more attention and application of academic education at home and abroad. The positive interdependence is one of the basic elements of the core of cooperative learning, but also test the effectiveness of cooperative learning is one of the standard at the same time. The role of interdependence, as the deep content of positive interdependence, also is an important type of role assignment of positive interdependence can become the key step in the formation of role interdependence. The fourth part: the combination of classroom teaching in the path of implementation process of role assignment, role assignment the principle and methods are discussed.
