個性心理視域下中學(xué)生思想品德教育實效性研究

【摘要】:進入二十一世紀以來,人們的生活水平得到普遍提高,越來越多的人開始追求高質(zhì)量生活品質(zhì),這些因素直接刺激了人們主體意識的覺醒和個性心理的解放。然而,我國長期以來的意識形態(tài)、道德觀念與學(xué)生主體性、個性因素之間存在著明顯的沖突。傳統(tǒng)的教育只重視共性教育,從而忽略了受教育者個性心理特征的發(fā)展,使學(xué)生缺乏主體意識和自我意識,對自我價值的實現(xiàn)缺乏明確認識。社會多元化背景下,個人主體意識正在進一步凸顯,個性心理的解放也在進一步加強。中學(xué)生是我們祖國的未來,他們將在若干年后作為社會的主體力量承擔建設(shè)祖國的重任。隨著國家以人為本的觀念的提升,人的主體意識一日凸顯,現(xiàn)代中學(xué)生思想品德教育的內(nèi)容和形式也應(yīng)緊跟時代步伐,突出中學(xué)生在思想品德教育中的地位,共同推動中學(xué)生思想品德教育水平的不斷提高,F(xiàn)代中學(xué)生思想品德教育必須在尊重學(xué)生主體性的前提下,從學(xué)生個體的個性心理特征出發(fā),培養(yǎng)具有健全人格的、有價值的、合格的社會主義接班人。個性心理視域下的中學(xué)生思想品德教育的開展是現(xiàn)代中學(xué)生思想品德教育發(fā)展的必然趨勢,是黨堅持“以人為本”理念的重要體現(xiàn)。本研究通過強化思想品德教育的主體性,滿足個性心理需求;突出思想品德教育的層次性,注重個性心理差異;加強思想品德教育的實踐性,加深個體心理體驗;優(yōu)化思想品德教育環(huán)境,形成穩(wěn)定的個性心理傾向四個方面的中學(xué)生思想品德教育新模式的構(gòu)建,滿足學(xué)生個性心理發(fā)展的需求,從根本上提高中學(xué)生思想品德教育的實效性。本文在凸顯中學(xué)生主體性的同時,必須尊重學(xué)生在思想品德教育中的絕對地位,充分發(fā)揮其作用,構(gòu)建新的中學(xué)生思想品德教育個性心理觀念,從而實現(xiàn)思想品德教育的價值及意義。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, people's living standards have been generally improved, and more and more people begin to pursue high quality of life. These factors directly stimulate the awakening of people's subjective consciousness and the liberation of personality psychology. For a long time, there are obvious conflicts between ideology, moral concept, students' subjectivity and personality factors in our country. Traditional education only pays attention to the general education, thus neglecting the development of the personality psychological characteristics of the educated. It makes students lack of subjective consciousness and self-consciousness, and lacks a clear understanding of the realization of self-value. Under the background of social diversity, individual subjective consciousness is becoming more prominent. The liberation of personality psychology is also being further strengthened. Middle school students are the future of our motherland. They will take on the task of building the motherland as the main force of society in a few years' time. In 1st, the subject consciousness of human being was highlighted, and the content and form of modern middle school students' ideological and moral education should also keep pace with the times, highlighting the status of middle school students in the ideological and moral education. The modern middle school students' ideological and moral education must, on the premise of respecting students' subjectivity and proceeding from the students' individual personality and psychological characteristics, train the students with sound personality and value, and promote the continuous improvement of the level of ideological and moral education of middle school students. The development of middle school students' ideological and moral education from the perspective of personality psychology is the inevitable trend of the development of modern middle school students' ideological and moral education. It is an important embodiment of the Party's adherence to the idea of "people-oriented". This study emphasizes the hierarchy of ideological and moral education and pays attention to the differences of personality psychology by strengthening the subjectivity of ideological and moral education and satisfying the demands of personality psychology. Strengthening the practicality of ideological and moral education, deepening the individual psychological experience, optimizing the environment of ideological and moral education, forming a new mode of ideological and moral education for middle school students in four aspects of stable personality psychological tendency, To meet the needs of the development of students' personality and psychology, and to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and moral education of middle school students, this paper, while highlighting the subjectivity of middle school students, must respect the absolute position of students in the process of ideological and moral education, and give full play to their role. In order to realize the value and significance of ideological and moral education, a new psychological concept of personality in middle school students' ideological and moral education is constructed.
