人本視野下高中英語課堂教學(xué)管理現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:黨的十八屆三中全會通過的《中共中央關(guān)于全面深化改革若干重大問題的決定》對教育領(lǐng)域做出重大部署,,明確提出“全面貫徹黨的教育方針,堅持立德樹人,加強社會主義核心價值體系教育,完善中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化教育,形成愛學(xué)習(xí)、愛勞動、愛祖國活動的有效形式和長效機制,增強學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感、創(chuàng)新精神、實踐能力!苯逃坎块L袁貴仁強調(diào),堅持立德樹人的基本導(dǎo)向,本質(zhì)上就是要求育人為本、德育為先、能力為重、全面發(fā)展,努力為每一名學(xué)生提供適合的教育,讓每個孩子都能成為有用之才。黨和國家關(guān)于教育的這一重大部署,再次突出了教育“以人為本”這一基本命題,強調(diào)對學(xué)生生命價值的尊重和人性潛能的挖掘,并以提高和擴展人的價值為終極目標。 然而,在尚未完全擺脫應(yīng)試教育的大背景下,我國各層次教育與人本理念不協(xié)調(diào)、不統(tǒng)一的情況還不同程度存在,一定程度上制約了教育效率和效果。本文以高中英語課堂教學(xué)管理為切入點,以調(diào)查問卷、訪談和隨堂聽課等實證研究方式,宏觀掌握高中英語課堂管理現(xiàn)狀,集中分析高中英語課堂管理存在的問題與原因,認真研究人本視野下優(yōu)化高中英語課堂管理的對策,力求為改進高中英語課堂管理、豐富高中英語課堂管理理論提供一些幫助。 本研究堅持目標導(dǎo)向,力求實現(xiàn)以下具體研究目標:(1)幫助高中學(xué)生提升獲得英語基礎(chǔ)知識的技能,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)英語學(xué)習(xí)和運用中的問題以及提升分析和解決這些問題的能力,發(fā)揮英語教育在促進學(xué)生全面發(fā)展中的建設(shè)性作用;(2)重新定位高中英語教師角色,使其轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)思維方式、探索高中英語課堂管理新策略,養(yǎng)成科學(xué)有效管理的評價和反思習(xí)慣,促進英語教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展;(3)優(yōu)化高中英語課堂管理策略,建立和諧師生關(guān)系。為“人本”思想在高中英語課堂中的應(yīng)用的進一步研究提供可靠參考

This paper takes the management of English classroom teaching in senior high school as the starting point, takes questionnaire, interviews and other empirical research methods, etc., and grasps the present situation of English classroom management in senior high school macroscopically. This paper focuses on the analysis of the problems and causes of English classroom management in senior high school, and studies the countermeasures of optimizing English classroom management in high school from the perspective of humanism, in order to provide some help for improving English classroom management in senior high school and enriching the theory of English classroom management in senior high school. This study adheres to the goal orientation and strives to achieve the following specific research goal: 1) to help senior high school students improve their skills in acquiring basic knowledge of English. To develop students' ability to find problems in English learning and use, to improve their ability to analyze and solve these problems, and to give full play to the constructive role of English education in promoting students' overall development. (2) to reposition the role of English teachers in senior high schools. It can change the teaching mode of thinking, explore new strategies of English classroom management in senior high school, form the habit of scientific and effective management evaluation and reflection, promote the professional development of English teachers and optimize the strategy of English classroom management in senior high school. To establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship. To provide a reliable reference for the further study of the application of "humanism" in the English classroom of senior high school.
