【摘要】：為了考察中小學教師組織認同、職業(yè)認同與主觀幸福感的關(guān)系,以316名中小學教師為研究對象,采用組織認同量表、職業(yè)認同量表和總體主觀幸福感量表進行調(diào)查研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):組織認同、職業(yè)認同與主觀幸福感三者之間呈顯著正相關(guān)。組織認同對職業(yè)認同具有顯著正向影響,職業(yè)認同對主觀幸福感具有顯著正向影響,職業(yè)認同在組織認同與主觀幸福感的關(guān)系中起中介作用。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the relationship between organizational identity, professional identity and subjective well-being of primary and secondary school teachers, 316 primary and secondary school teachers were investigated by organizational identity scale. The results showed that there were significant positive correlations among organizational identity, professional identity and subjective well-being, while organizational identity had a significant positive impact on professional identity. Professional identity has a significant positive effect on subjective well-being, and occupational identity plays an intermediary role in the relationship between organizational identity and subjective well-being.
