【摘要】：為了考察中小學(xué)教師組織認(rèn)同、職業(yè)認(rèn)同與主觀幸福感的關(guān)系,以316名中小學(xué)教師為研究對象,采用組織認(rèn)同量表、職業(yè)認(rèn)同量表和總體主觀幸福感量表進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):組織認(rèn)同、職業(yè)認(rèn)同與主觀幸福感三者之間呈顯著正相關(guān)。組織認(rèn)同對職業(yè)認(rèn)同具有顯著正向影響,職業(yè)認(rèn)同對主觀幸福感具有顯著正向影響,職業(yè)認(rèn)同在組織認(rèn)同與主觀幸福感的關(guān)系中起中介作用。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the relationship between organizational identity, professional identity and subjective well-being of primary and secondary school teachers, 316 primary and secondary school teachers were investigated by organizational identity scale. The results showed that there were significant positive correlations among organizational identity, professional identity and subjective well-being, while organizational identity had a significant positive impact on professional identity. Professional identity has a significant positive effect on subjective well-being, and occupational identity plays an intermediary role in the relationship between organizational identity and subjective well-being.
