貴陽(yáng)市(部分)中學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康現(xiàn)狀及影響因素的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:少年強(qiáng)則國(guó)強(qiáng)!青少年學(xué)生是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)和民族的希望,是早上8、9點(diǎn)鐘的太陽(yáng)。青少年學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康狀況與國(guó)家未來(lái)的發(fā)展和民族的復(fù)興息息相關(guān)。青少年學(xué)生正是明天實(shí)現(xiàn)“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的后備軍和接班人。因此率先提高青少年學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康水平,是培養(yǎng)和儲(chǔ)備未來(lái)人才的前提因素。中學(xué)體育是12年義務(wù)教育中比較重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),在改善和提升中學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康方面發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。研究過(guò)程中,筆者擬運(yùn)用了訪(fǎng)談法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法收集相關(guān)資料、數(shù)據(jù),并用邏輯分析、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等分析處理。對(duì)貴陽(yáng)市區(qū)2011級(jí)—2014級(jí)部分中學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,展示了貴陽(yáng)市區(qū)中學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康水平。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了貴陽(yáng)市區(qū)中學(xué)生體質(zhì)的相關(guān)影響因素?cái)?shù)據(jù),并對(duì)中學(xué)生當(dāng)前存在的課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)較重,鍛煉時(shí)間不足等問(wèn)題,制定科學(xué)、合理的對(duì)策,提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施。希望能夠更好地促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)叵嚓P(guān)部門(mén)系統(tǒng)、全面、可持續(xù)地開(kāi)展體質(zhì)健康工作,為提高貴陽(yáng)市中學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康水平提供一定的參考和借鑒的依據(jù)等。調(diào)研分析結(jié)果表明,總體上來(lái)看貴陽(yáng)市部分中學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康狀況表現(xiàn)為合格率較高。除了男生引體向上和耐久跑部分中學(xué)生不及格率較高,其它各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)不及格率較低,大部分均達(dá)到及格以上或良好、優(yōu)秀等級(jí)。參考相關(guān)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)得知,貴陽(yáng)市中學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)有所提高。影響貴陽(yáng)市(部分)中學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康水平的因素是多方面的,既有中學(xué)生個(gè)人體育認(rèn)知、生活方式、缺乏體育鍛煉等方面的原因,又有課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)較重、體育課運(yùn)動(dòng)不足等學(xué)校方面的因素,還有家長(zhǎng)的支持等社會(huì)方面的因素。確切的說(shuō),貴陽(yáng)市中學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康的水平狀況是各方面因素疊加作用的結(jié)果,而且在某種程度上各因素之間相互聯(lián)系,互相影響。本研究擬提出以下對(duì)策和建議:牢固樹(shù)立“健康第一”的指導(dǎo)思想,積極引導(dǎo)各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師、家長(zhǎng)以及廣大的中學(xué)生等進(jìn)一步了解體育,使其深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到體質(zhì)健康的重要性,培養(yǎng)良好的終身體育鍛煉習(xí)慣,知行合一,堅(jiān)持不懈。家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)、個(gè)人等各方面要齊心協(xié)力,共同營(yíng)造一個(gè)以長(zhǎng)期科學(xué)體育鍛煉為榮的生態(tài)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The youth is strong, the country is strong! Young students are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. It is the sun at 8 o'clock in the morning. The physical health of young students is closely related to the future development of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation. Young students are precisely the reservists and successors to realize "Chinese Dream" tomorrow. Therefore, they are the first to take the lead. To improve the physical health of young students, Physical education in middle school is an important link in the 12-year compulsory education and plays an important role in improving and improving the physical health of middle school students. The author intends to use the methods of interview, literature and questionnaire to collect the relevant data and data, and to analyze the physical health test data of some middle school students in class 2011 to 2014 in Guiyang city by means of logic analysis and mathematical statistics. The physical health level of middle school students in Guiyang urban area is demonstrated. The related factors data of middle school students' physique in Guiyang urban area are statistically analyzed, and the problems existing in middle school students such as heavy schoolwork burden, insufficient exercise time, etc., are formulated scientifically. Reasonable countermeasures and corresponding improvement measures are proposed. It is hoped that the system of relevant local departments can be promoted better, and the work of physical health can be carried out comprehensively and sustainably. In order to improve the physical health level of middle school students in Guiyang City, it provides some reference and reference basis. The results of investigation and analysis show that, In general, the physical and health status of some middle school students in Guiyang City is relatively high. Most of them are above pass or good, excellent grade. Referring to relevant test data, we know that the physical fitness of middle school students in Guiyang City has improved. The factors that affect the physical health level of middle school students in Guiyang City (part) are various. There are not only the reasons for middle school students' personal sports cognition, lifestyle, lack of physical exercise, but also the heavy burden of school work, the lack of sports in physical education and other school factors, as well as the social factors such as the support of parents. To be exact, The level of physical health of middle school students in Guiyang is the result of the superposition of various factors, and to some extent, the factors are related to each other. This study proposes the following countermeasures and suggestions: firmly establish the guiding ideology of "health first", and actively guide the leaders, teachers, parents and the majority of middle school students to further understand sports, To make it deeply aware of the importance of physical health, to cultivate good habits of lifelong physical exercise, to integrate knowledge and practice, and to persevere. Family, school, society, individuals and so on should make concerted efforts, Together to create a long-term scientific physical training for the pride of the ecological environment.
