家校溝通方式對(duì)中學(xué)生德育效果的影響

【摘要】:作為一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程,教育是需要社會(huì)、學(xué)校以及家庭共同合作的,而家校間的合作則在這其中顯得更為重要,若想要發(fā)揮雙方的教育優(yōu)勢(shì),創(chuàng)造出良好的教育環(huán)境,促使學(xué)生全面發(fā)展、健康成長(zhǎng),就必須要使家與校能夠緊密聯(lián)系,共同協(xié)作起來。從根本上來講,道德教育是引導(dǎo)學(xué)生們?cè)鯓优c他人良好溝通,互進(jìn)互促,使得學(xué)生在進(jìn)入社會(huì)時(shí),能夠更好的融入其中。中學(xué)生正處在其道德養(yǎng)成的重要時(shí)期,有針對(duì)性的家校聯(lián)系方式對(duì)于提高學(xué)生的德育會(huì)產(chǎn)生非常重要的促進(jìn)效果,對(duì)中學(xué)生的終身發(fā)展具有特殊的意義和不可替代的作用。家校合作是基于共同責(zé)任理論,系統(tǒng)生態(tài)理論等應(yīng)用廣泛的理論,它能夠從不同方面構(gòu)建健康、動(dòng)態(tài)、生態(tài)、和諧的家校關(guān)系。在相關(guān)理論的指引下,本文以沈陽(yáng)市第五十中學(xué)為例,對(duì)家校聯(lián)系方式對(duì)學(xué)生的德育效果進(jìn)行了的研究。本研究主要得出以下結(jié)果:(1)在與老師相處出現(xiàn)矛盾時(shí),家訪和微信或家校通聯(lián)系家長(zhǎng)與家長(zhǎng)到校和電話聯(lián)系的效果有顯著性差異;(2)在與同學(xué)相處出現(xiàn)矛盾時(shí),家訪、微信或家校通聯(lián)系家長(zhǎng)和家長(zhǎng)到校與電話聯(lián)系的結(jié)果有顯著性差異;(3)當(dāng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)出現(xiàn)問題時(shí),家訪或者電話聯(lián)系與其他兩種聯(lián)系方式的效果有顯著性差異;(4)男同學(xué)方面,微信或家校通聯(lián)系與其他兩種聯(lián)系方式的效果有顯著性差異,對(duì)女同學(xué)而言,家訪與其他三種聯(lián)系方式的效果有顯著性差異;(5)對(duì)七年級(jí)學(xué)生而言,家訪與其他三種聯(lián)系方式的效果有顯著性差異,對(duì)八年級(jí)的學(xué)生,微信或家校通與其他三種聯(lián)系方式的效果有顯著性差異。根據(jù)以上結(jié)論,提出如下建議:(1)根據(jù)家校合作德育效果的分析,爭(zhēng)取不同問題采取不同的家校溝通聯(lián)系方式;(2)針對(duì)男同學(xué)、女同學(xué)不同的性格特點(diǎn),選擇不同的家校聯(lián)系方式;(3)針對(duì)不同年級(jí)學(xué)生的不同的性格特點(diǎn),選擇不同的家校聯(lián)系方式;(4)教師家訪的新策略;(5)創(chuàng)新型家校合作方式。
[Abstract]:As a systematic project, education needs the cooperation of society, school and family, and the cooperation between home and school is even more important. If we want to give full play to the educational advantages of both parties and create a good educational environment, In order to promote the all-round development and healthy growth of students, we must make our home and school closely linked and work together. Fundamentally speaking, moral education is to guide students how to communicate well with others and promote each other. In order to make students enter the society, they can better integrate into it. Middle school students are in an important period of their moral cultivation. Targeted home-school contact methods will have a very important promoting effect on improving students' moral education. The cooperation between home and school is based on the theory of common responsibility, the theory of system ecology and so on, which can construct healthy, dynamic and ecological from different aspects. Under the guidance of relevant theories, this paper takes Shenyang 50th Middle School as an example, This paper studies the effect of home-school contact methods on students' moral education. The main results of this study are as follows: (1) when there are contradictions with teachers, Home visit and WeChat or Home School Express contact: there is a significant difference in the effect of parents' coming to school and telephone contact. (2) when there are contradictions with classmates, home visits, There were significant differences in the results of parents and parents coming to school and telephone contact with WeChat or homeschool. (3) when there was a problem with students' academic achievement, there was a significant difference in the effect of home visit or telephone contact with the other two communication methods. There was significant difference between WeChat and the other two ways of communication. For female students, there was a significant difference between home visit and the other three ways of communication. (5) for the seventh grade students, there was a significant difference between them. There is significant difference between home visit and other three ways of communication, and significant difference between WeChat and other three ways of communication for students in grade eight, according to the above conclusion, Put forward the following suggestion: 1) according to the analysis of the effect of home-school cooperative moral education, strive for different problems to adopt different ways of communication and contact between the school and home.) aiming at the different personality characteristics of male and female students, According to the different personality characteristics of different grade students, we choose different home-school communication methods (4) A new strategy of teachers' home visit. (5) innovative home-school cooperation mode.
