【摘要】：文章主要運用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,以江西省贛州市第一中學(xué)的高中學(xué)生為研究對象,對高中生誠信行為及其影響因素進行研究。本研究根據(jù)理論模型的指導(dǎo),嚴格參照心理測量學(xué)的編制原理、原則與程序,確定各個維度和每個維度的因子,編制預(yù)試問卷。施測、收回問卷后運用區(qū)分度和題總相關(guān)系數(shù)與題他相關(guān)系數(shù)進行條目的篩選形成正式問卷,將其發(fā)放到贛州一中施測。研究結(jié)果如下：(1)經(jīng)過訪談、半開放式問卷和預(yù)試問卷的分析,本研究認為高中生誠信行為包括學(xué)業(yè)誠信行為、交往誠信行為、經(jīng)濟誠信行為等3個方面。高中生誠信行為的影響因素為正面誠信文化、重要他人正面行為影響、重要他人負面行為影響、誠信教育內(nèi)容、誠信教育方法、誠信評價等6個方面。(2)正式問卷的信度和效度檢驗數(shù)據(jù)是：高中生誠信行為總問卷同質(zhì)性系數(shù)0.760,分半信度為0.822。誠信行為影響因素總問卷的同質(zhì)系數(shù)為0.915,分半信度為0.894。通過SPSS計算其作為結(jié)構(gòu)效度的KMO值,誠信行為問卷KMO檢驗值為0.776,誠信行為影響因素問卷KMO檢驗值為0.913。這些數(shù)據(jù)說明,正式問卷有良好的信度和效度。(3)高中生經(jīng)濟誠信行為最好,接著是學(xué)業(yè)誠信行為,交往誠信行為最差。高中生學(xué)業(yè)誠信行為及總問卷有顯著的年級差異；高中生誠信行為各維度及總問卷在學(xué)校誠信教育維度上有極其顯著的差異。(4)正面誠信文化、重要他人正面行為影響、重要他人負面行為影響、誠信教育內(nèi)容、誠信教育方法等誠信行為影響因素及總問卷有顯著年級差異；重要他人負面行為影響因素在父親職業(yè)、母親職業(yè)上有顯著差異；高中生誠信行為影響因素問卷的各維度及總問卷在不同學(xué)校誠信教育上有極其顯著的差異。(5)正面誠信文化、重要他人正面行為影響、重要他人負面行為影響、誠信教育內(nèi)容、誠信教育方法與高中生的誠信行為顯著相關(guān)。誠信評價與學(xué)業(yè)誠信、經(jīng)濟誠信和總問卷顯著相關(guān),與交往誠信不相關(guān)。我們可通過重要他人負面行為影響和誠信教育內(nèi)容預(yù)測高中生的誠信行為。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly uses the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics to study the students of the No. 1 Middle School in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province. According to the guidance of the theoretical model, this study strictly refers to the principles, principles and procedures of psychometrics, and determines the factors of each dimension and each dimension. Make a pre-test paper. Apply the questionnaire. After taking back the questionnaire, use the discrimination degree and the total correlation coefficient of the question to screen the items with his correlation coefficient to form a formal questionnaire, and distribute it to Ganzhou No. 1 Middle School. The results of the study are as follows: 1) after the interview, Based on the analysis of semi-open questionnaire and pre-test questionnaire, it is concluded that the honesty behavior of senior high school students includes three aspects: academic honesty behavior, communication honesty behavior, economic honesty behavior, etc. The positive honesty culture is the influencing factor of high school students' honesty behavior. Influence of positive behavior of important others, influence of negative behavior of important others, content of honesty education, methods of honesty education, The reliability and validity of the formal questionnaire are as follows: the homogeneity coefficient is 0.760, the split-half reliability is 0.822. The homogeneity coefficient and split-half reliability of the questionnaire are 0.915 and 0.915 respectively. The KMO value of the structure validity was calculated by SPSS. The KMO test value of honesty behavior questionnaire was 0.776, and the KMO test value of credit behavior influencing factor questionnaire was 0.913.These data showed that the formal questionnaire had good reliability and validity. There are significant grade differences in high school students' academic honesty behavior and total questionnaire, and there are extremely significant differences in the dimensions of high school students' honesty behavior and total questionnaire in the dimensions of school honesty education. Positive behavior of important others, negative behavior of important others, content of honesty education, methods of honesty education, and total questionnaire had significant grade differences. There were significant differences in mother's occupation, every dimension of questionnaire on influencing factors of high school students' honesty behavior and the most significant difference of total questionnaire in different schools' honesty and credit education. (5) positive honesty culture and important others' positive behavior. The content and methods of honesty education were significantly related to high school students' honesty behavior, and credit evaluation was significantly related to academic integrity, economic integrity and total questionnaire. We can predict the integrity behavior of high school students through the negative behavior of important others and the content of honesty education.
