“先學(xué)后教、當(dāng)堂訓(xùn)練”教學(xué)模式在美術(shù)課堂中的應(yīng)用與研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)建設(shè)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì),全面實(shí)現(xiàn)小康社會(huì)的重要戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)德智體美全面發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)人才。而基礎(chǔ)教育,是人才培養(yǎng)的重要環(huán)節(jié),它為人才的后續(xù)培養(yǎng)提供了重要的基礎(chǔ)和動(dòng)力。德智體美當(dāng)中的“美”強(qiáng)調(diào)了美術(shù)教育的重要性。美術(shù)教育是基礎(chǔ)教育的重要組成部分,也是素質(zhì)教育不可缺少的部分,它不光是教給學(xué)生美術(shù)概念和繪畫方法,更重要的是它可以培養(yǎng)人的思想情操和人格。因此,必須要加強(qiáng)中小學(xué)美術(shù)教育,加快中小學(xué)美術(shù)教育的改革發(fā)展,全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育。為了順應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展需求,我們的教學(xué)觀念得轉(zhuǎn)變,美術(shù)課堂不單是知識(shí)和能力的培養(yǎng),更是過程與方法、情感態(tài)度價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng)。在傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式中,教師是知識(shí)的傳授者,是整個(gè)教學(xué)活動(dòng)的中心,學(xué)生只是知識(shí)的接受者。教學(xué)活動(dòng)中忽視了學(xué)生的主體地位,在教學(xué)中不能發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主觀能動(dòng)性和自主創(chuàng)新性。學(xué)生只是傳統(tǒng)意義上的學(xué)會(huì)了,但不是會(huì)學(xué)。所以我覺得“先學(xué)后教,當(dāng)堂訓(xùn)練”的教學(xué)模式,是全面提高學(xué)生整體素質(zhì)的有效方法。這種模式要求學(xué)生先學(xué)、先練,教師后講、后教,讓學(xué)生根據(jù)教師提出的目的和途徑,在課前結(jié)合自己的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),動(dòng)口、動(dòng)手、動(dòng)腦,主動(dòng)觀察、實(shí)驗(yàn)、閱讀和思考,再通過教師的講解和教學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)知識(shí),使學(xué)生成為課堂的主體,使課堂以“教”為中心,向“學(xué)”為中心轉(zhuǎn)變。全面提高美術(shù)教學(xué)質(zhì)量,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好品質(zhì),以此來全面提高學(xué)生的整體素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The important strategic goal of building a socialist market economy and realizing a well-off society in China is to train high quality talents with the all-round development of morality, intelligence, sports and beauty, while basic education is an important link in the cultivation of talents. It provides an important basis and motive force for the subsequent cultivation of talents. The beauty of virtue, wisdom, body and beauty emphasizes the importance of art education, which is an important part of basic education. It is also an indispensable part of quality education, it is not only to teach students the concept of art and painting methods, more important is that it can cultivate people's mind and personality. Therefore, we must strengthen the art education in primary and secondary schools. To speed up the reform and development of art education in primary and secondary schools and promote quality education in an all-round way. In order to meet the needs of social development, our teaching concept has to change. Art classroom is not only the cultivation of knowledge and ability, but also the process and method. In the traditional teaching mode, the teacher is the teacher of knowledge, is the center of the whole teaching activity, the student is only the receiver of the knowledge, and the main position of the student is neglected in the teaching activity. Students can not bring their initiative and initiative into full play in teaching. Students have only learned in the traditional sense, but they do not know how to learn. So I think the teaching mode of "learn first and then teach, train in class". It is an effective method to improve students' overall quality. This mode requires students to learn first, practice first, speak before teachers, and then teach. According to the purpose and approach proposed by teachers, students should combine their own knowledge and experience before class. Moving mouth, hands-on, brain use, active observation, experiment, reading and thinking, then through the teacher's explanation and teaching to learn knowledge, make the students become the main body of the classroom, make the classroom "teaching" as the center. It is necessary to improve the quality of art teaching, stimulate students' interest in learning and cultivate students' good quality in order to improve the overall quality of students.
