【摘要】：校長信息化領導力在學校的信息化建設中扮演著舉足輕重的角色。文章通過對西部農村學校信息化建設現(xiàn)狀的研究與分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)農村地區(qū)的經濟條件的限制、示范校引領作用的缺失、科學合理的培訓體系的匱乏、學校教師和校長本身信息素養(yǎng)水平不高等都是制約校長信息化領導水平的因素。文章在總結和分析當下校長信息化領導力內涵的基礎上,從構成校長信息化領導力水平體系中的各要素出發(fā),構建了提升校長信息化領導力的方法,并從"解構與重組"、"眾籌與外包"、"引領與探索"等方面提出了應對未來時代挑戰(zhàn)的具體策略。
[Abstract]:The principal's information leadership plays an important role in the information construction of the school. Through the research and analysis of the present situation of the information construction of the western rural schools, this paper finds out the limitations of the economic conditions in the rural areas. The lack of the leading role of the demonstration school, the lack of scientific and reasonable training system. The low level of information literacy of school teachers and principals themselves are the factors that restrict the information leadership level of principals. This paper summarizes and analyzes the connotation of the current information leadership of principals. Starting from the elements of the leadership level system of the principal's informatization, this paper constructs a method to promote the information leadership of the principal, and from "deconstruction and reorganization", "crowdfunding and outsourcing". This paper puts forward some concrete strategies to deal with the challenges of the future times from the aspects of "leading and exploring".
