【摘要】：學(xué)科帶頭人是指在特定的范圍和某一學(xué)科領(lǐng)域內(nèi),能把握學(xué)科發(fā)展方向,走在學(xué)科研究前沿,具有一定的學(xué)習(xí)能力和較高的造詣,已經(jīng)起著帶頭作用并被同行所公認(rèn)的人。"六動式"研修模式,即目標(biāo)引動、任務(wù)驅(qū)動、科研促動、導(dǎo)師帶動、實(shí)踐互動、自修機(jī)動,能有效實(shí)現(xiàn)中小學(xué)學(xué)科帶頭人由"靜"到"動"的轉(zhuǎn)化,最終促使他們向更高的層次發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Subject leader refers to the ability to grasp the development direction of the subject in a specific scope and a discipline field, to walk in the forefront of subject research, to have a certain learning ability and higher attainments. Has played a leading role and has been recognized by the peer. "six actions" research mode, that is, goal driven, mission driven, scientific research motivation, mentors driven, practical interaction, self-study maneuver. It can effectively realize the transformation from "quiet" to "action" of the leaders of primary and secondary school disciplines, and finally impel them to develop to a higher level.
