【摘要】：教育的模式化和劃一性,導(dǎo)致學(xué)生成為千人一面的"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品",制約著創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)和素質(zhì)教育成效。破題之道在于承認(rèn)和尊重學(xué)生個體的生命獨(dú)特性,為生命獨(dú)特性的實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)造條件�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)時代的到來,既迫使教育必須走向個性化,也為教育個性化創(chuàng)造了條件。結(jié)合學(xué)生和社會發(fā)展需求,構(gòu)建科學(xué)分級、豐富多元、立體互通的課程體系,以開放式的課程教育體系"為每個學(xué)生全面而個性化的發(fā)展奠基"。同時,還引入企業(yè)管理的"賦能"概念,盡可能給予學(xué)生自主權(quán),促進(jìn)個體的自激勵和自發(fā)展。配合課程建設(shè)的推進(jìn),開展走班制、學(xué)部(院)制、導(dǎo)師制、學(xué)長制、學(xué)分制改革,真正把選擇的權(quán)利還給學(xué)生,努力讓每個學(xué)生都能得到最適合的教育和最個性的支持,找到屬于自己的"跑道"。
