【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展與網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普及,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在給人們生活帶來極大便利的同時(shí),也暴露出負(fù)面的效應(yīng)。近年來頻繁發(fā)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力事件給人們的網(wǎng)絡(luò)活動(dòng)和現(xiàn)實(shí)生活蒙上了一層陰影,不僅擾亂了正常的網(wǎng)絡(luò)秩序,而且給人們的社會(huì)生活帶來了威脅。尤其是網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力不斷向中學(xué)生漫延,嚴(yán)重影響了中學(xué)生的身心健康。因此,中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的防范成為教育工作者必須面對(duì)和解決的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力是中學(xué)生借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)他人造成實(shí)質(zhì)性傷害的網(wǎng)絡(luò)侵犯行為,行為雙方多數(shù)是中學(xué)生,參與者以圍觀、跟風(fēng)的心態(tài)居多,發(fā)生的地點(diǎn)大多在特定的青少年學(xué)生社交平臺(tái)。主要表現(xiàn)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言暴力和網(wǎng)絡(luò)侵權(quán)行為。中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力產(chǎn)生的原因在于:網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)弊端的不良影響,網(wǎng)絡(luò)場域的虛擬性和隱匿性為網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為提供了掩護(hù),網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為的盲目性和從眾性契合了中學(xué)生的從眾心理和低分辨能力;中學(xué)生自身網(wǎng)絡(luò)抵抗力薄弱,網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德認(rèn)知欠缺,網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴感強(qiáng);網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境中的低俗暴力(尤其以游戲的形式出現(xiàn))的侵?jǐn)_等。中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力嚴(yán)重影響了中學(xué)生身心的健康發(fā)展,弱化了道德和法律的約束性,不利于中學(xué)生道德意識(shí)和法律意識(shí)的養(yǎng)成,干擾了中學(xué)校園的和諧環(huán)境,混淆了社會(huì)的善惡分辨邊界。對(duì)中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的防治,首先是加強(qiáng)中學(xué)生自身網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為的控制,強(qiáng)化中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力危害及責(zé)任認(rèn)知,針對(duì)中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的心理動(dòng)機(jī),培養(yǎng)其健康心理品質(zhì),提高中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為的分辨力和自控力;其次是提升中學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的家庭功能,家長要使用正確的管教方式,構(gòu)建和諧的家庭關(guān)系;第三是凈化網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)管,完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的法律控制,加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營商的行業(yè)規(guī)制,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力防范的技術(shù)手段,為中學(xué)生創(chuàng)造一個(gè)健康規(guī)范的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the popularization and development of network of modern science and technology, the Internet has brought great convenience to people's life at the same time, also exposed the negative effects of network violence. In recent years, the frequent occurrence of a shadow to people's network activities and real life, not only disturbed the normal order of the network, but also to the people the social life brought a threat. Especially the network violence to students spread, seriously affected the physical and mental health of students. Therefore, students network violence prevention become educators must face and solve practical problems. Students are students with the network network violence caused substantial damage to other network violations, the behavior of both sides is the most middle school students, the participants in the crowd, to follow the trend of the mentality of majority, took place mostly in the teenagers' social platform specific. The main performance for Network language violence and network infringement. Because the students network violence: adverse effects of the network social ills, the virtual network field and hidden provided cover for the network behavior, blindness and conformity of network behavior with students' conformity and low resolution; the students' network resistance is weak the lack of moral cognition, network, network dependence; network environment in the vulgar violence (especially in the form of the game). The intrusion of students network violence seriously affected the healthy development of students, weakening the constraints of morality and law, is not conducive to cultivate students' moral and legal consciousness, interference of harmony the environment of school, the confusion of the social good and evil boundary. Prevention and treatment of middle school students' network of violence, the first is to control their own behavior to strengthen the students' network, Strengthen students network violence and responsibility cognition, the psychological motivation of middle school students in the network of violence, to cultivate their healthy psychological quality, improve students' network behavior resolution and self-control; second is to improve students' network violence family function, parents should use proper parenting style, harmonious family relations; third is to purify the network environment and to strengthen the network supervision, improve the legal control of internet violence, strengthen network operators industry regulation, technical means to improve the network violence prevention, to create a healthy network environment for middle school students.
