【摘要】：自2010年開展實施"國培計劃"以來,我國國培方面取得了重大成果。對"國培計劃"研究進(jìn)行回顧與展望有重大的現(xiàn)實意義,但國培中存在培訓(xùn)需求缺失、培訓(xùn)模式不完善、培訓(xùn)師資結(jié)構(gòu)不合理和管理體制滯后的問題,應(yīng)采取加強培訓(xùn)需求分析、完善培訓(xùn)模式、合理調(diào)整師資結(jié)構(gòu)和變革管理體制的策略。針對研究中存在研究人員結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、研究方法單一和研究視野狹窄的問題,應(yīng)加強研究力量、采用多種方法研究和拓寬研究視野。
[Abstract]:Since 2010 the implementation of "national training plan" since, our country training has made significant achievements. Research on "national training plan" review is of great realistic significance and prospect, but there is lack of training needs in training, the training mode is not perfect, lag training unreasonable structure of teachers and management system problems should be taken to strengthen the training needs analysis, improve the training mode, adjust the structure of teachers and management system transformation strategy. Based on the unreasonable personnel structure existing in the research, the research methodology and research the narrow vision of the problem, should strengthen the research force, study using a variety of methods and broaden the research perspective.
