【摘要】:“百年大計(jì),教育為本;教育大計(jì),教師為本”,教師是我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的重要參與者和主要實(shí)施者,在參與教育活動(dòng)的過程中,自身素質(zhì)的不斷提升將會(huì)對(duì)我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的實(shí)施和教育對(duì)象的健康成長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。因此,促進(jìn)教師隊(duì)伍自身素質(zhì)的提升和教育水平的提高,將對(duì)我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展起到重要的積極作用。然而,在當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的社會(huì)形勢(shì)下,由于知識(shí)更新不斷加快,教師作為知識(shí)的傳承者與傳授者,如果自身不進(jìn)行不斷地知識(shí)更新,以單純的一次性教育已不能滿足教師發(fā)展和完成本職使命的需要。學(xué)校作為廣大青少年學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成長(zhǎng)的主要陣地,肩負(fù)著廣大青少年學(xué)生身心健康成長(zhǎng)的重任,因此教師作為教育活動(dòng)的重要參與者,其自身素質(zhì)的高低直接影響到教學(xué)成果的好壞。從教師自身素質(zhì)提升的角度出發(fā),教師繼續(xù)教育作為教師再教育的重要組成部分和具有戰(zhàn)略意義的重大工程,是切實(shí)提升教師隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)的有效手段,同時(shí)也是當(dāng)今師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的重中之重。而體育教師繼續(xù)教育又是教師繼續(xù)教育的有機(jī)組成部分,是增強(qiáng)體育師資力量、提高體育人才質(zhì)量的有效途徑之一,是我國(guó)中小學(xué)體育教師向職業(yè)化發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、邏輯分析法、數(shù)據(jù)處理法等研究方法,以桐柏縣城關(guān)、吳城、朱莊、淮源、辛集、安棚、固縣、毛集、平氏等鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)轄區(qū)內(nèi)21所中小學(xué)校的50名體育教師為調(diào)查對(duì)象,對(duì)桐柏縣中小學(xué)體育教師繼續(xù)教育情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,結(jié)果表明:桐柏縣中小學(xué)體育教師配備數(shù)量上總體基本符合相關(guān)規(guī)定要求,但不充裕,而且分布不夠均衡,部分農(nóng)村小學(xué)沒有配備專業(yè)體育教師,個(gè)別學(xué)校連專職體育教師都沒有;整體年齡結(jié)構(gòu)比較合理,中青年教師占較大比重,趨于年輕化的年齡結(jié)構(gòu)有利于桐柏縣體育教師繼續(xù)教育工作的有效開展;桐柏縣中小學(xué)體育教師現(xiàn)有學(xué)歷大部分都達(dá)到本科學(xué)歷,最低為大專學(xué)歷,學(xué)歷符合相關(guān)規(guī)定,但調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)桐柏縣中小學(xué)體育教師尚未出現(xiàn)研究生及以上學(xué)歷,缺乏高層次人才;桐柏縣體育教師繼續(xù)教育內(nèi)容設(shè)置不太符合體育教學(xué)的實(shí)際需求,過于偏重師德師風(fēng)及教育理論等方面的教育,而針對(duì)體育教師的專業(yè)性教育很少,不能滿足體育教師教學(xué)能力和學(xué)科知識(shí)的普遍需要;桐柏縣體育教師繼續(xù)教育的實(shí)效性有待提高。多數(shù)體育教師認(rèn)為理論和實(shí)踐相脫節(jié),重理論輕實(shí)踐問題突出,參與繼續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)后對(duì)自己的幫助有限;對(duì)體育教師參加繼續(xù)教育的支持力度不夠,存在偏見;體育教師參與繼續(xù)教育的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)不均等;經(jīng)費(fèi)供給不足;工學(xué)矛盾嚴(yán)重突出;面臨學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間無法保證的現(xiàn)實(shí)難題。針對(duì)以上問題提出了以下建議:完善人才引進(jìn)機(jī)制,及時(shí)補(bǔ)充新鮮血液在教師招聘過程中適當(dāng)增加體育教師的引進(jìn),不斷壯大桐柏縣體育教師隊(duì)伍,提升整體素質(zhì);制定有關(guān)繼續(xù)教育的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,落實(shí)繼續(xù)教育所需經(jīng)費(fèi),鼓勵(lì)體育教師參加進(jìn)修學(xué)校組織的各類培訓(xùn),提高學(xué)歷層次;完善相關(guān)的政策和規(guī)定,發(fā)揮政策導(dǎo)向作用,進(jìn)而提高體育教師參加繼續(xù)教育的自覺性;完善規(guī)章制度,保障體育教師的成長(zhǎng)與提高;加大桐柏縣體育教師繼續(xù)教育工作的實(shí)施力度,豐富繼續(xù)教育內(nèi)容。教育主管部門緊跟體育與健康課程的改革發(fā)展步伐,增加有關(guān)教學(xué)技能和專業(yè)學(xué)科知識(shí)的教育內(nèi)容,將繼續(xù)教育的教學(xué)內(nèi)容調(diào)整得更加科學(xué)化和全面化;與現(xiàn)代化信息技術(shù)相融合,開拓繼續(xù)教育新模式,合理運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)解決工作與學(xué)習(xí)矛盾,合理利用多媒體,通過遠(yuǎn)程教育進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上授課,使體育教師獲得豐富與優(yōu)質(zhì)的學(xué)習(xí)資源;引導(dǎo)教師樹立終身教育觀念,讓繼續(xù)教育滲透到日常工作當(dāng)中,注重培訓(xùn)效果的反饋,制定科學(xué)合理的管理制度,重視繼續(xù)教育的質(zhì)量和效果;學(xué)校和教育主管部門應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變思想觀念,與時(shí)俱進(jìn),消除學(xué)科偏見,重新審視體育學(xué)科在素質(zhì)教育中應(yīng)有的地位和作用,重視體育教師的繼續(xù)教育。
[Abstract]:"A matter of education; education plans, teacher centered, teacher education in China is an important participant and the main implementation, in the process of education activities, to improve the diathesis of education in our country will be on the implementation of the education and the healthy growth of the object have a profound impact. Therefore, promoting the quality of teachers and enhance the education level, the further development of China's education plays an important positive role. However, in today's economic prosperity, the fierce competition in the social situation, because more new knowledge continues to accelerate, the inheritors and teachers as knowledge imparters, if itself is not constant to update their knowledge, to a one-time education simply has been unable to meet the needs of teacher development and complete their mission. The school as the majority of young students to grow and learn the main position, wide shoulder In the healthy growth of young students' physical and mental burden, so teachers as an important participant in educational activities, its quality directly affects the quality of teaching achievements. From the perspective of improving teachers' qualities, teachers' continuing education as an important part of teacher education and major projects of strategic significance, is the effective approach to improve the quality of teachers, and the priority among priorities is the faculty building. But the sports teachers' continuing education is an integral part of the continuing education of teachers, is to enhance the sports teachers, one of the effective ways to improve the quality of sports talent, is the inevitable trend of the development of sports to the occupation of elementary school teachers in this paper. Using literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, logic analysis method, data processing method and other research methods, in the county of Tongbai, Zhu Zhuang, Wucheng, Huaiyuan, Xinji , Anpeng, Gu Xian, Mao Ji, 50 PE teachers in Pingshi township within the jurisdiction of the 21 schools for the survey, investigation and study, continuing education of PE teachers in primary and middle schools of Tongbai County, the results showed that: Tongbai County Primary and secondary school physical education teachers with a number of general basic comply with the relevant requirements, but not abundant, and the distribution is not balanced, part of the rural primary school is not equipped with professional sports teachers, individual schools have full-time physical education teachers; the overall age structure is reasonable, young teachers accounted for a large proportion of the age structure tends to be younger is advantageous to effectively develop the continuing education of physical education teachers in Tongbai County; most of them achieve the degree of physical education teachers the existing education in primary and secondary schools in Tongbai County, the lowest degree diploma, in accordance with the relevant regulations, but the survey found Tongbai County Primary and secondary school physical education teachers and graduate students has not yet appeared to On education, the lack of high level talents; education content does not meet the actual needs of physical education to physical education teachers in Tongbai County, too much emphasis on the moral education and other aspects of the theory of education, and for the professional education of PE teachers is very few, cannot meet the general need of sports teachers' teaching ability and knowledge; the effectiveness of continuing education in Tongbai county sports teachers need to improve. Most of the teachers think that the separation of theory and practice, theory and practice of light weight problems, to participate in continuing education and training for their help; bias for physical education teachers to participate in continuing education and support is not enough; physical education teachers to participate in continuing education opportunity inequality; insufficient supply of funds contradiction; serious outburst; faced the reality of the problem the learning time can not be guaranteed. In view of the above problems, put forward the following suggestions: Improve the talent introduction mechanism, timely replenishment of fresh blood in the recruitment of teachers to appropriately increase the introduction of sports teachers in the process of growing Tongbai county sports teachers, improve the overall quality; formulate incentive mechanism on continuing education, the implementation of continuing education funding, encourage teachers to take part in the school organization of various training, improve the educational level; improve the relevant policies and regulations, play a role in policy oriented, so as to improve the consciousness of physical education teachers to participate in continuing education; perfecting rules and regulations, ensure the growth of physical education teachers and improve implementation efforts in Tongbai County; and physical education teachers continuing education, enrich the content of continuing education. The education department closely follow the pace of reform and development of physical education and health course and increase the teaching skills and professional knowledge of the content of education, teaching content will continue education more Scientific and comprehensive; and the integration of modern information technology, explore the new mode of continuing education, the rational use of modern educational technology to solve the contradiction between work and study, the rational use of multimedia, through distance education online teaching, so that physical education teachers get rich and high-quality learning resources; to guide teachers to set up the concept of lifelong education, continuing education for penetration to daily work, feedback on training effectiveness, formulate scientific and rational management system, pay attention to the quality and effect of continuing education; schools and education departments should change the ideas, keep pace with the times, eliminate subject prejudice, re-examine the proper position and role of physical education in quality education, physical education teachers to continue education.
