【摘要】:新課程改革已經實施15年了,很多人意識到:改革的關鍵因素就是教師。教師隊伍專業(yè)水平,影響著一個地方的教育質量的水平。這次新課程的改革既是我國教育的深刻的變革,同時推動著教師事業(yè)的發(fā)展,也是提升教師專業(yè)水平的重要機會。新課程的改革直接關系到高考方案的改變。高中歷史教師專業(yè)發(fā)展不可避免地受到高考改革的各個方面的挑戰(zhàn)。因此,高考背景下的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展自然成為廣為關注的熱點。論文從分析高考試卷變化趨勢的基礎上,來分析高考改革的趨勢變化,以及這些變化對高中歷史教師提出的挑戰(zhàn)。并根據江西省樂平市高中歷史教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現狀的問卷調查與統(tǒng)計,發(fā)現歷史教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展存在著一些問題,以此探索提高歷史教師專業(yè)水平策略,使教師更好地應對高考歷史的改革。全文分為四個部分:第一部分分析高考新課標全國歷史試卷的新變化。從題型、分值分布以及試卷的知識點覆蓋這幾個角度分析高考試卷的變化。發(fā)現高考試卷出現以下趨勢:重視學科基礎知識,考查學生跨專業(yè)綜合分析能力;試卷使用史料量增加,史料更貼近生活;新史學的融入以及試卷的開放性與靈活性大大提高等。第二部分著重寫了高考改革出現的一些新變化對高中教師提出了哪些新要求。具體包括新的教學理念:“以人為本”;新的教學行為:個性化教學模式以及新的專業(yè)知識體系。時代在變化,信息在更替,教師的專業(yè)知識也隨之更新。第三部分以問卷調查的形式分析江西省樂平市高中歷史教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展情況的現狀。高考改革對教師提出來很多新的要求,然而在問卷調查中顯示,高中歷史教師的教育理念、教學行為以及專業(yè)知識仍然存在很多問題。第四部分針對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題,提出了高中歷史教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的對策:增強教師的自我發(fā)展意識;注重繼續(xù)教育,加速教師的知識體系更新;通過強化教學反思,提高教師的教學行為。同時學校和政府也應該創(chuàng)設有利于高中歷史教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的良好環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum reform has been implemented for 15 years, many people realize: the key factor of the reform is teachers. The new curriculum reform is not only the profound reform of education in China, but also the promotion of the development of the cause of teachers. It is also an important opportunity to improve the professional level of teachers. The new curriculum reform is directly related to the change of the college entrance examination program. The professional development of senior high school history teachers is inevitably challenged by all aspects of the college entrance examination reform. The professional development of teachers under the background of the college entrance examination has naturally become the focus of widespread concern. This paper analyzes the trend of the reform of the college entrance examination on the basis of the analysis of the trend of the change of the examination paper of the college entrance examination. According to the questionnaire survey and statistics of the professional development of senior high school history teachers in Leping City, Jiangxi Province, we find that there are some problems in the professional development of history teachers. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part is to analyze the new changes of the national history test paper of the new curriculum standard of the college entrance examination. The distribution of score and the knowledge point of the test paper cover these several angles to analyze the change of the college entrance examination paper. It is found that the college entrance examination paper has the following trends: attach importance to the basic knowledge of the subject and test the students' comprehensive analysis ability of cross-specialty; The amount of historical materials used in the examination paper increased, and the historical materials were more close to life; The integration of new historiography and the greatly improved openness and flexibility of the examination papers. The second part focuses on the new requirements for senior high school teachers arising from some new changes in the reform of the college entrance examination, including the new teaching concepts: " "People-oriented"; New teaching behavior: individualized teaching mode and new professional knowledge system. Times are changing and information is changing. The third part analyzes the professional development of senior high school history teachers in Leping City Jiangxi Province by questionnaire. The reform of college entrance examination puts forward a lot of new requirements for teachers. However, the questionnaire survey shows that there are still many problems in high school history teachers' educational concept, teaching behavior and professional knowledge. 4th part is aimed at the problems of teachers' professional development. This paper puts forward some countermeasures for the professional development of senior high school history teachers: strengthening teachers' self-development consciousness; Pay attention to continuing education and accelerate the renewal of teachers' knowledge system; Through strengthening teaching reflection and improving teachers' teaching behavior, schools and governments should also create a favorable environment conducive to the professional development of senior high school history teachers.
