【摘要】：職業(yè)態(tài)度與職業(yè)行為有著內(nèi)在的聯(lián)系,職業(yè)態(tài)度對(duì)職業(yè)行為具有動(dòng)機(jī)功能和驅(qū)動(dòng)作用。教師的教育思想會(huì)受其職業(yè)態(tài)度的影響,正確的職業(yè)態(tài)度不僅對(duì)學(xué)生的教育起到不可估量的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,而且對(duì)整個(gè)社會(huì)的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展具有舉足輕重的作用。因此,本文試圖對(duì)體育教師職業(yè)態(tài)度進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)的劃分并根據(jù)劃分的結(jié)果對(duì)中牟縣初級(jí)中學(xué)體育教師職業(yè)態(tài)度實(shí)證研究,找出其存在的問(wèn)題,為教育部門對(duì)體育教師的管理與培養(yǎng)提供一定的參考。本研究采用了文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法等科研方法。研究?jī)?nèi)容主要通過(guò)理論分析與實(shí)證調(diào)研相結(jié)合的方式,自編體育教師職業(yè)態(tài)度調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,對(duì)中牟縣初級(jí)中學(xué)55名體育教師進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和研究,并對(duì)有效問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得出結(jié)論如下：1、中學(xué)體育教師職業(yè)態(tài)度的由職業(yè)認(rèn)知、職業(yè)情感、職業(yè)傾向三部分構(gòu)成,并在這三部分的基礎(chǔ)上展開(kāi)了進(jìn)一步的劃分。職業(yè)認(rèn)知的結(jié)構(gòu)分為社會(huì)層面、體育教師本身職業(yè)價(jià)值、自身利益三維度。職業(yè)情感的結(jié)構(gòu)分為體育教師職業(yè)、體育教師職業(yè)生活環(huán)境兩個(gè)維度。職業(yè)傾向的結(jié)構(gòu)分為繼續(xù)保持的體育教師職業(yè)傾向、追求職業(yè)流動(dòng)的體育教師職業(yè)傾向、追求上進(jìn)的教師職業(yè)傾向三個(gè)維度。從這八個(gè)維度的相關(guān)指標(biāo)去分析,實(shí)證了體育教師的職業(yè)態(tài)度。2、中牟縣初級(jí)中學(xué)體育教師的職業(yè)態(tài)度整體上顯現(xiàn)出仍有部分體育教師對(duì)待本身的職業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)不夠到位,對(duì)職業(yè)缺乏一定的認(rèn)同感,導(dǎo)致了整體上出現(xiàn)了職業(yè)認(rèn)知的不平衡現(xiàn)象,但是他們對(duì)待職業(yè)熱情的較高,比較喜歡學(xué)生和熱愛(ài)自己的職業(yè),由于外界的因素以及個(gè)人情況導(dǎo)致了他們一部分追求職業(yè)的流動(dòng)一部分追求職業(yè)安穩(wěn),職業(yè)傾向較為分散。不同性別、年齡、職稱的體育教師職業(yè)態(tài)度的某些方面存在一定的差異。3、從調(diào)查的結(jié)果中發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)濟(jì)收入的相對(duì)較低和體育教師的職業(yè)仍未得到人們較為肯定的認(rèn)可是影響中牟縣初級(jí)中學(xué)體育教師職業(yè)態(tài)度的重要因素。其次的目前的教學(xué)環(huán)境、家庭的原因,個(gè)人對(duì)體育教師職業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)等等。從總體上來(lái)看,影響體育教師職業(yè)態(tài)度的因素主要包括社會(huì)的、家庭的、學(xué)校的、自身的四個(gè)方面。本研究就影響中牟縣初級(jí)中學(xué)體育教師職業(yè)態(tài)度的因素,提出了以下改善的措施：提高體育教師的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入；營(yíng)造良好的大環(huán)境,弘揚(yáng)尊師重道的好風(fēng)氣；適當(dāng)增加體育教師職業(yè)培訓(xùn),適時(shí)對(duì)他們進(jìn)行職業(yè)態(tài)度教育,加強(qiáng)體育教師對(duì)自身職業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:There is an inherent relationship between professional attitude and professional behavior, and professional attitude has the motive function and driving effect on professional behavior. Teachers' educational thoughts will be influenced by their professional attitudes. The correct professional attitude not only plays an immeasurable practical significance for students' education, but also plays a decisive role in the progress and development of the whole society. Therefore, this paper attempts to divide the structure of professional attitude of physical education teachers, and according to the results of classification, we do empirical research on the occupational attitude of junior middle school PE teachers in Zhongmu County, find out the existing problems, and provide some references for the education department to manage and cultivate P.E. teachers. This study uses the methods of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other scientific research methods. The research content mainly through a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research methods, from physical education teachers occupation attitude questionnaire, the investigation and study of 55 PE teachers in junior middle school in Zhongmu County, and the available questionnaire for statistical analysis, the conclusions are as follows: 1, school teachers occupation attitude by occupation cognition, occupation emotion, occupation tendency of three parts, and further divided based on the three part of the. The structure of professional cognition is divided into the social level, the professional value of the PE teachers themselves and the three dimensional degree of their own interests. The structure of professional emotion is divided into two dimensions: the occupation of PE teachers and the professional living environment of the PE teachers. The structure of career orientation can be divided into three dimensions: continuing physical education teachers' career orientation, career pursuit of professional mobility and career orientation of teachers. From the eight dimensions of the related indicators to analyze the physical education teachers' professional attitude. 2, Zhongmu County Junior High School Physical Education Teachers' occupation attitude on the whole show there are still some sports teachers treat itself occupation understanding is not in place, the lack of occupation identity, led to the emergence of occupation cognition imbalance phenomenon on the whole, but they treat job enthusiasm is higher, more love and love their students the occupation, due to external factors and personal circumstances led them to a part of the pursuit of occupation flow is part of the pursuit of occupation occupation tendency is relatively stable, dispersion. There are certain differences in some aspects of the professional attitude of physical education teachers with different sex, age and title. 3, from the survey results, we found that the relatively low income and the fact that the occupation of physical education teachers has not yet been recognized by people is an important factor affecting the professional attitude of Zhongmu junior high school PE teachers. Secondly, the present teaching environment, family reasons, personal knowledge of PE teachers and so on. In general, the factors that affect the professional attitude of PE teachers include four aspects of social, family, school and self. The effect of the factors of Zhongmu County Junior High School Physical Education Teachers' occupation attitude, put forward the following measures: to improve the physical education teachers to improve economic income; create a good environment, good atmosphere to promote the increase of PE teachers honour the teacher and respect his teaching; occupation training, timely attitude to their occupation education, strengthen teachers' awareness of their own occupation the.
