【摘要】:思想政治課的教育教學(xué)是對中學(xué)生進(jìn)行德育教育的重要渠道,而思想政治課教師的教學(xué)能力直接影響到教育教學(xué)活動開展的效果和效率。教師的教學(xué)能力不僅是思想政治教學(xué)工作順利完成的基礎(chǔ)和保證,而且對學(xué)生的思想高度和政治覺悟的形成起著至關(guān)重要的作用。本文以高中思想政治課教師的教學(xué)能力為研究對象,在翻閱文獻(xiàn)和實踐調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,試圖從高中思想政治課教師應(yīng)具備的教學(xué)能力、當(dāng)前高中思想政治課教師教學(xué)能力存在的不足、提升高中思想政治課教師教學(xué)能力的意義以及如何提升高中思想政治課教師的教學(xué)能力等方面進(jìn)行了探究。本文的主要邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)如下:前言部分從習(xí)近平總書記對教師責(zé)任的講話入手,探討了為什么要更加重視高中思想政治課教師的教學(xué)能力問題,并對國內(nèi)學(xué)者對思想政治課教師教學(xué)能力問題的研究現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進(jìn)行了梳理和分析,在強(qiáng)化思想政治課教師自身的專業(yè)學(xué)科知識方面、以學(xué)生為本,促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展方面、提高思想政治課教師的科研創(chuàng)新能力方面以及思想政治課教師要以身作則,率先垂范,以實際行動引導(dǎo)學(xué)生形成良好的行為道德等方面進(jìn)行了論述。第一章首先從宏觀方面論述了教師教學(xué)能力的內(nèi)涵和基本構(gòu)成;然后探討了思想政治課教師應(yīng)該具備的教學(xué)能力,如高度的政治鑒別能力和政治敏感性、思想教育能力、情感影響能力等;最后闡述了提高思想政治課教師教學(xué)能力的意義。第二章聯(lián)系當(dāng)前實際,探討了高中思想政治課教師教學(xué)能力存在的不足及其原因,比如高中思想政治課教師不能把握學(xué)科之間的相互聯(lián)系、教學(xué)工作缺乏創(chuàng)新、教師自身缺乏自我提升意識、忽視情感因素對教學(xué)的作用等方面進(jìn)行了論述。第三章主要從教師個人、學(xué)校、社會、國際比較四個維度探討了提升高中思想政治課教師的教學(xué)能力的路徑。第一,高中思想政治課教師個人要加強(qiáng)自身能力建設(shè),包括全面提升教學(xué)理念、提高自身的知識、情感、行為和創(chuàng)新能力、時刻進(jìn)行自我反思和總結(jié)等;第二,學(xué)校要為高中思想政治課教師教學(xué)能力的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造條件,包括創(chuàng)立教師教學(xué)激勵機(jī)制、完善教師整體考核評價體系、營造和諧的工作氛圍等;第三,社會要為高中思想政治課教師教學(xué)能力的提升予以支持,教育行政部門要加強(qiáng)對思想政治課教師上崗后的教育培訓(xùn),與教育部門有關(guān)的宣傳部門要適當(dāng)?shù)貫樗枷胝握n教師營造輿論認(rèn)可;第四,國外在提高教師能力方面采取的一系列措施,如提高師范教育的層次和結(jié)構(gòu)、注重教師的在職培訓(xùn)等,都值得我們學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The education and teaching of Ideological and political course is an important channel to carry out moral education for middle school students, and the ability of teachers in Ideological and political courses directly affects the effect and efficiency of educational teaching activities. Teachers' teaching ability is not only the foundation and guarantee for the successful completion of Ideological and political teaching, but also plays a crucial role in the formation of students' ideological height and political consciousness. In this paper, the high school thought political lesson teaching ability of teachers as the research object, based on the literature and practical investigation, attempts from the ideological and political course of high school teachers should have the ability of teaching, the current ideological and political course of high school teachers' teaching ability problems, enhance the high school thought political lesson teaching ability of teachers as well as the significance of how to improve senior high school the ideological and political course teaching ability of teachers and other aspects of the inquiry. Following the logical structure of this paper: preface part starts from the general secretary Xi Jinping on the responsibility of teacher's speech, discusses why we should pay more attention to the high school thought political lesson teaching ability of teachers, and the current research situation of the domestic scholars on the teaching ability of political teachers' ideological problems and problems were sorted and analyzed, in strengthening the ideological politics teachers' professional knowledge disciplines, student-centered, promote all-round development of students, improve the ideological and political teacher's scientific research innovation ability and the ideological and political course for teachers to take, take the lead, take practical action to guide the students to form good moral behavior and other aspects are discussed. The first chapter from the macro aspects of the connotation of teachers' teaching ability and basic components; and then discusses the ideological and political teachers should have the ability of teaching, such as the high political identification and political sensitivity, ideological education ability, emotional impact ability; finally elaborated to improve the teaching ability of political teachers thought significance. The second chapter discusses the related current situation, shortcomings and the reasons of the teaching ability of high school ideological and political teachers, such as the high school ideological and political teachers can not grasp the subject between teaching work, lack of innovation, teachers' lack of self-improvement consciousness, ignored the role of affective factors in teaching are discussed. The third chapter mainly discusses the way to improve the teaching ability of the high school ideological and political teachers from the four dimensions of teachers' individual, school, society and international comparison. First, the high school thought political lesson teachers should strengthen their own capability, including improving teaching ideas, improve their knowledge, emotion, behavior and innovation ability, constantly self reflection and summary; second, the school should create conditions for the development of teaching ability of high school ideological and political teachers, teachers' incentive mechanism, including the creation of improve the overall evaluation system, teachers to create a harmonious working atmosphere; third, the society should be support for the teaching ability of high school thought political lesson teacher, education administrative departments should strengthen the education and training of teachers of Ideological and political course after the appointment, associated with the Department of education propaganda department to properly for the politics teachers to create a public opinion approval; fourth, adopted a series of measures to improve the ability of teachers in foreign countries, such as improving the educational level and structure, and The on-the-job training of the teacher is worth learning and drawing lessons from.
