初中少先隊全程全員教育實踐探索

文章摘要：初中少先隊全程全員教育是少先隊組織面向全體初中學生開展的貫穿初中教育全過程的教育。其核心理念是堅持“以人為本”的教育觀，為每個初中學生全面、協(xié)調、可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供教育和自我教育平臺。其基本要素是：教育內容系統(tǒng)化、教育過程自動化、教育形式少年化、教育管理一體化、教育評價科學化。實踐證明：初中少先隊全程全員教育有利于全面提升初中生素質，有利于強隊、強團、強校，有利于中學少先隊事業(yè)的繁榮振興。

Abstr：The whole-process and all-members involved education of Young Pioneers is an educational form carried out at junior middle schools. The core idea of the education is to stick to human-based perspectives, providing an educational and self- educational platform for students＇ overall, harmonious and sustainable development. The basic essential elements include systematized contents, automated educational procedures, integrated educational management, scientific evaluation on education and educational forms suitble for teenagers. It is proved that this all-round Young Pioneers education at junior middle school helps not only improve junior students＇ overall quality but also push forward the development of both Young Pioneer team and school on the whole.
