【摘要】：為貫徹"將法治教育納入國(guó)民教育體系"的要求,系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃和科學(xué)安排法治教育的目標(biāo)定位、原則要求和實(shí)施路徑,2016年6月教育部等三部委頒布了《青少年法治教育大綱》。相較于2007年頒布的《中小學(xué)法制教育指導(dǎo)綱要》,《青少年法治教育大綱》將"法制"改為"法治",這更符合法治國(guó)家的建設(shè)要求,遵循法治建設(shè)的內(nèi)在邏輯,回應(yīng)了民主社會(huì)的時(shí)代訴求。法治教育應(yīng)該遵循憲法至上原則、國(guó)家課程原則、循序漸進(jìn)原則,處理好目標(biāo)設(shè)置上課程目標(biāo)與核心素養(yǎng)的關(guān)系、內(nèi)容選取上法律體系和學(xué)段內(nèi)容的關(guān)系、教育途徑上學(xué)校教育與社會(huì)教育的關(guān)系、評(píng)價(jià)手段上知能測(cè)試與隱性監(jiān)測(cè)的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In order to carry out the requirement of "bringing the rule of law education into the national education system", systematically planning and scientifically arranging the target orientation, principle requirement and implementation path of the rule of law education, the Ministry of Education and other three ministries promulgated the outline of Youth Rule of Law Education in June 2016. Compared with the guiding outline of legal Education in Primary and Middle Schools promulgated in 2007, the outline of legal Education for adolescents changed from "legal system" to "Rule of Law", which is more in line with the requirements of the construction of a country governed by law and follows the inherent logic of the construction of the rule of law. Responding to the demands of the times in a democratic society. The education of rule of law should follow the principle of the supremacy of constitution, the principle of national curriculum, the principle of gradual progress, deal with the relationship between the goal setting and the core accomplishment, and select the relationship between the legal system and the content of the learning paragraph. The relationship between school education and social education in educational approach and the relationship between knowledge ability test and recessive monitoring in evaluation means.
