思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:隨著思想政治教育學(xué)科的創(chuàng)立、發(fā)展、壯大,30多年來(lái)形成了涉及教育對(duì)象、內(nèi)容、方法、目標(biāo)、評(píng)估、保障體系等相關(guān)要素在內(nèi)的一系列關(guān)于學(xué)科建設(shè)發(fā)展和解決具體實(shí)踐問(wèn)題的理論研究成果,為更好地看清形勢(shì)、把握規(guī)律、解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題提供了理論依據(jù)和指導(dǎo)。眾所周知,思想政治教育創(chuàng)新發(fā)展是一個(gè)復(fù)雜、綜合的系統(tǒng)工程,但目前關(guān)于該課題的研究,主要集中在高校思想政治教育、思想政治教育空間論、系統(tǒng)論、方法論等領(lǐng)域,對(duì)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展領(lǐng)域的研究多集中在內(nèi)容、目標(biāo)、過(guò)程、模式等單個(gè)要素或方向上,對(duì)思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的研究還不夠系統(tǒng)深入。本研究應(yīng)當(dāng)以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo),著眼破解當(dāng)前以知識(shí)灌輸為本位的生存性、同質(zhì)化、資源配置型教育模式所普遍存在的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,如教育方式單調(diào)、教育資源瑣碎、教育內(nèi)容匱乏、教育主題隱晦、教育受眾模糊、教育效果欠佳等,提升新時(shí)期思想政治教育的育人成效。從協(xié)同論的理論視域出發(fā),就思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的理論基礎(chǔ)、價(jià)值引領(lǐng)、參與主體、發(fā)展動(dòng)力、實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程、文化生態(tài)、保障體系、發(fā)展格局等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探索研究,旨在構(gòu)建思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理論體系,探尋思想政治教育向以能力為本位的發(fā)展型、人文化、資源整合型現(xiàn)代教育轉(zhuǎn)變的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展之路?偟膩(lái)說(shuō),思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新存在“何以要”、“何以能”、“何之困”、“如何做”、“如何續(xù)”五個(gè)向度!昂我砸薄八枷胝谓逃秊楹我獏f(xié)同創(chuàng)新”是研究前提,根源于思想政治教育本質(zhì)特性和當(dāng)前思想政治教育存在問(wèn)題兩個(gè)方面,是思想政治教育進(jìn)行協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的必要性;“何以能”——“思想政治教育何以能協(xié)同創(chuàng)新”是研究基礎(chǔ),從系統(tǒng)論、方法論、邏輯學(xué)、發(fā)生學(xué)等角度,分析研究思想政治教育模型,可為協(xié)同創(chuàng)新提供理論支撐;“何之困”——“思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新有其發(fā)展瓶頸”是研究導(dǎo)向,客觀梳理當(dāng)前思想政治教育存在的問(wèn)題,可以為尋求創(chuàng)新發(fā)展之路提供目標(biāo)和依據(jù);“如何做”——“思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新體系如何構(gòu)建”是研究重點(diǎn),從參與主體、發(fā)展動(dòng)力、過(guò)程控制、生態(tài)空間、保障體系、建構(gòu)格局等方面,展現(xiàn)了思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新體系構(gòu)建的基本框架;“如何續(xù)”——“思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新如何實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展”是研究關(guān)鍵,要從發(fā)展規(guī)劃層面就思想政治教育創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提出設(shè)想。思想政治教育和協(xié)同創(chuàng)新各有其理論基礎(chǔ),二者之間又存在內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。在馬克思主義理論、中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化思想、西方協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理論中,都有相關(guān)內(nèi)容為思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新提供理論支撐。思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新范疇具有豐富內(nèi)涵,包括思想政治教育目標(biāo)協(xié)同、主體協(xié)同、內(nèi)容協(xié)同、過(guò)程協(xié)同、空間協(xié)同、方法協(xié)同等。協(xié)同創(chuàng)新和思想政治教育的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)體現(xiàn)于現(xiàn)實(shí)需要和實(shí)現(xiàn)可能兩個(gè)角度。思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的價(jià)值引領(lǐng),展現(xiàn)了進(jìn)行思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的價(jià)值之所在呈現(xiàn)于集成價(jià)值產(chǎn)生的吸引力、協(xié)同實(shí)踐凸顯的有效性、自身組織調(diào)節(jié)的適應(yīng)性,思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的價(jià)值訴求貫穿于思想政治教育理念人文化、方法現(xiàn)代化、資源綜合化、功能滲透化等不同層面,思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的價(jià)值目標(biāo)分析包括目標(biāo)的設(shè)置原則、建構(gòu)要求、實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的參與主體研究,需要搞清對(duì)象、理順關(guān)系、認(rèn)識(shí)功能、提出優(yōu)化建議。主體區(qū)分為不同的類別、層次,各有其界定,參與主體之間又具有內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)性,表現(xiàn)為關(guān)聯(lián)的方式和過(guò)程。各參與主體在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新過(guò)程中的價(jià)值體現(xiàn)在存在效益、情感效益、溝通效益、協(xié)作效益、發(fā)展效益五個(gè)方面。參與主體關(guān)系優(yōu)化則應(yīng)主要考慮調(diào)整理念和路徑。思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展動(dòng)力問(wèn)題,與思想政治教育內(nèi)容、對(duì)象、過(guò)程、模式、目標(biāo)等相關(guān)要素息息相關(guān)。思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的源動(dòng)力來(lái)自于學(xué)理整合性需求、運(yùn)行調(diào)適性需求和思考延展性需求。學(xué)理整合性需求的觀點(diǎn),導(dǎo)源于將現(xiàn)代思想政治教育與傳統(tǒng)學(xué)理意義的思想政治教育進(jìn)行對(duì)比,傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育學(xué)理已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代思想政治教育發(fā)展形勢(shì),因此需要從公民素養(yǎng)和公民道德教育、全球意識(shí)和全球視野培育、自主意識(shí)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)培育、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀和生態(tài)文明意識(shí)培育、網(wǎng)絡(luò)公民意識(shí)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理教育五個(gè)方面豐富思想政治教育內(nèi)容,并倡導(dǎo)汲取其他學(xué)科的理論營(yíng)養(yǎng)。關(guān)于運(yùn)行調(diào)適性需求的觀點(diǎn),體現(xiàn)在從全面發(fā)展育人目標(biāo)與物質(zhì)功利主義間的重塑性調(diào)適、社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)規(guī)范與教育理想規(guī)范之間的適應(yīng)性搭配、新生群體活動(dòng)特質(zhì)與思想教育方式之間的融合性互動(dòng)。關(guān)于思考延展性的觀點(diǎn),鑒于堅(jiān)持繼往開(kāi)來(lái)、改革創(chuàng)新精神和可持續(xù)發(fā)展視野,思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新必須堅(jiān)持時(shí)代化、個(gè)性化、科學(xué)化。思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的過(guò)程控制問(wèn)題,主要表現(xiàn)于影響因素、實(shí)施環(huán)節(jié)、功能發(fā)展三方面。對(duì)影響因素的分析,需要區(qū)分內(nèi)部、外部和橫向、縱向不同維度展開(kāi)梳理,還要從主觀因素和客觀因素兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行剖析。過(guò)程控制的實(shí)施環(huán)節(jié),其基本模式是“計(jì)劃—組織—評(píng)估”,涵蓋了思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新實(shí)施過(guò)程中方案制定、組織實(shí)施和評(píng)估反饋過(guò)程。思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的功能發(fā)展,集中于導(dǎo)向性功能、凝聚性功能、激勵(lì)性功能、調(diào)節(jié)性功能、開(kāi)發(fā)性功能、生態(tài)性功能、轉(zhuǎn)化性功能七個(gè)基本功能。進(jìn)行思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,不但要保證基本功能,還要注重功能拓展發(fā)揮,互惠知識(shí)共享、資源優(yōu)化配置、行動(dòng)最優(yōu)同步、系統(tǒng)有效匹配是功能拓展發(fā)揮的重要途徑。思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的文化生態(tài),為思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新提供了良好的文化氛圍。思想政治教育協(xié)同文化有其基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)核。思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新文化的思維意識(shí)體現(xiàn)在逆向思維、差異思維、補(bǔ)位思維等方面;思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新文化的基本精神包含風(fēng)險(xiǎn)精神、獨(dú)立精神、寬容精神等內(nèi)容;思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新文化的行動(dòng)能力展現(xiàn)于交流溝通、對(duì)話合作、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展等領(lǐng)域。思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新文化也有其存在特質(zhì):包容內(nèi)聚力、開(kāi)放外引力、平等向?qū)Я、分享生產(chǎn)力。思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新文化的價(jià)值體現(xiàn)在其具有一定的活力表現(xiàn):描述力、解釋力、整合力、時(shí)效性、創(chuàng)造力。其中也不乏思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新文化的培育動(dòng)力:思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新文化的調(diào)節(jié)資本、思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新文化的生態(tài)模式、思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新文化的動(dòng)力機(jī)制、思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新文化的潛力挖掘。思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的保障體系,宏觀上區(qū)分了制度保障、物質(zhì)保障、思想保障、環(huán)境保障、智力保障五個(gè)方面。具體而言,在制度保障上,治理現(xiàn)代化、法治化是制度保障的基礎(chǔ),只有堅(jiān)持中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義才能為思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新提供根本的政治保證,只有堅(jiān)持全面深化改革才能為思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新提供不竭的動(dòng)力,只有不斷促進(jìn)社會(huì)公平正義才能為思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)建優(yōu)質(zhì)的生態(tài)歸宿。而經(jīng)濟(jì)常態(tài)化是思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),價(jià)值高勢(shì)位則發(fā)揮著精神指引作用,影響著育人導(dǎo)向和精神生產(chǎn)。營(yíng)造協(xié)同氛圍的基本思路是強(qiáng)化主體的責(zé)任意識(shí)、提升客體的感知能力、拓展媒介的滲透空間、增強(qiáng)輿論的積極能量。人才優(yōu)勢(shì)化是思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的智庫(kù)資源,而這有賴于價(jià)值引領(lǐng)、人格感召、知識(shí)覆蓋、科研吸引、實(shí)踐滲透的“五位一體”育人模式。思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展視域研究,是對(duì)思想政治教育可持續(xù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行的前瞻性探討。從理論視域看,思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新應(yīng)當(dāng)尊重科學(xué)發(fā)展規(guī)律、從現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)變革思路、遵循主體人性化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、堅(jiān)持育人根本目標(biāo)、注重育人體系協(xié)調(diào)化、推動(dòng)資源整合利用、持續(xù)深化理論研究、突出經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒、持續(xù)探索改革創(chuàng)新。從實(shí)踐格局看,要著力推動(dòng)思想政治教育的學(xué)科發(fā)展、正確認(rèn)識(shí)思想政治教育的雙重屬性、積極開(kāi)拓思想政治教育的研究領(lǐng)域、切實(shí)加強(qiáng)思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)。就思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新未來(lái)研究方向來(lái)看,協(xié)同思維與知識(shí)創(chuàng)新是時(shí)代發(fā)展的必然選擇,在協(xié)同思維與知識(shí)創(chuàng)新潛在的關(guān)聯(lián)、思想政治教育創(chuàng)新體系重要的理論術(shù)語(yǔ)、堅(jiān)定思想政治教育意識(shí)形態(tài)的導(dǎo)向、構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想政治教育的話語(yǔ)體系、遵循科學(xué)的研究方法、科學(xué)和價(jià)值的趨同、為一切人的發(fā)展和人的全面發(fā)展等視域下,思想政治教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新還有很多需要研究的課題。
[Abstract]:With the establishment, development and expansion of the subject of Ideological and political education, over the past 30 years, a series of theoretical research achievements concerning the development of the subject construction and the solution of specific practical problems have been formed, which involve the relevant elements such as educational objects, contents, methods, objectives, evaluation and security system. The purpose of this paper is to construct a theoretical system of synergistic innovation of Ideological and political education, and to explore the way of innovation and development for the transformation of Ideological and political education into a capacity-based, humane and resource-integrated modern education. "Why" is the premise of the study, which is rooted in the essential characteristics of Ideological and political education and the existing problems of Ideological and political education, and is the necessity of the collaborative innovation of Ideological and political education. "How can the ideological and political education innovate synergistically" is the research foundation. Analyzing and studying the model of Ideological and political education from the perspectives of system theory, methodology, logic and genetics can provide theoretical support for the synergistic innovation. "What is the difficulty" - - "the synergistic innovation of Ideological and political education has its bottleneck of development" is the research orientation and objective. Combing the problems existing in the current ideological and political education can provide the goal and basis for seeking the road of innovation and development; "how to do" - - "how to construct the synergistic innovation system of Ideological and political education" is the key point of study, which shows the thought from the aspects of participation subject, development motive force, process control, ecological space, guarantee system and construction pattern.
