【摘要】：華中大學(xué)教育系科經(jīng)歷了初期籌備、正式立案、西遷喜洲以及重返武漢四個(gè)階段,具備以下特征:以培養(yǎng)基督教中學(xué)師資為主;課程設(shè)置面向?qū)嵺`,必、選修結(jié)合;教師隊(duì)伍以外籍教師和留學(xué)生為主;生源和畢業(yè)生人數(shù)穩(wěn)定;教學(xué)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范且嚴(yán)格;學(xué)生學(xué)術(shù)、實(shí)踐、康樂活動(dòng)多重結(jié)合;注重為基督教中學(xué)服務(wù)。華中大學(xué)教育系科的發(fā)展提供了以下啟示:培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)據(jù)三個(gè)生態(tài)圈調(diào)整,彰顯特色;加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐課程和環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)置;吸納優(yōu)秀教師并注重提升其素養(yǎng);強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生多元素質(zhì)的養(yǎng)成。
[Abstract]:The Department of Education of Huazhong University has experienced the initial preparation, officially filed the case, moved to Xizhou to the west and returned to Wuhan, with the following characteristics: to train the teachers of Christian middle schools, to set up courses oriented to practice, to combine elective courses; The teaching team is dominated by foreign teachers and foreign students; the number of students and graduates is stable; the teaching management is standardized and strict; the students' academic, practical and Kang Le activities are combined; and the service for Christian middle schools is emphasized. The development of the Department of Education in Huazhong University provides the following enlightenment: the training goal is adjusted according to the three ecological circles to highlight the characteristics; to strengthen the practical courses and links; to attract excellent teachers and pay attention to improving their literacy; to emphasize the cultivation of students' multiple qualities.
