張宗麟鄉(xiāng)村幼稚教育思想研究

【摘要】:張宗麟是民國(guó)時(shí)期著名的幼兒教育家。他順應(yīng)教育平民化的思潮,投身鄉(xiāng)村教育,把幼稚園帶入鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)。他協(xié)助陶行知?jiǎng)?chuàng)辦了我國(guó)第一批鄉(xiāng)村幼稚園,并在幼稚園里開(kāi)展一系列課程與教法試驗(yàn)。他及時(shí)總結(jié)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),著書(shū)立說(shuō),逐步形成了“平民化、鄉(xiāng)土化、經(jīng)濟(jì)化”的鄉(xiāng)村幼稚教育思想。在招生對(duì)象上,他創(chuàng)辦的幼稚園主要面向平民階級(jí)的子女,為平民階級(jí)服務(wù);在課程內(nèi)容上,他立足鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)、兒童生活,主張以農(nóng)事、衛(wèi)生、讀算作為幼稚園的教學(xué)內(nèi)容;在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中,他根據(jù)農(nóng)村社會(huì)的特點(diǎn),強(qiáng)調(diào)多進(jìn)行戶(hù)外教學(xué)以及靈活安排教學(xué)時(shí)間;在師資培養(yǎng)上,為了省錢(qián)、高效地培養(yǎng)鄉(xiāng)村師資,他在實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上主張“藝友制”的鄉(xiāng)村師資培養(yǎng)模式。為了使教師成為改造鄉(xiāng)村教育的靈魂,他更加注重教師的社會(huì)責(zé)任。他的鄉(xiāng)村幼稚教育思想富有民主化、生活化、實(shí)用化和鄉(xiāng)土化,而且實(shí)踐性強(qiáng),不僅為當(dāng)時(shí)鄉(xiāng)村幼稚園的創(chuàng)辦樹(shù)立了典范,還為當(dāng)前農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育的健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了借鑒。文章在緒論部分主要介紹了論文的選題緣起及研究意義,梳理歸納了張宗麟鄉(xiāng)村幼稚教育思想和實(shí)踐的研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述了論文的研究思路和研究方法。在主體部分首先簡(jiǎn)述了張宗麟的教育經(jīng)歷和實(shí)踐;其次從中國(guó)幼教試驗(yàn)活動(dòng)的推動(dòng)和鄉(xiāng)村教育運(yùn)動(dòng)的興起兩個(gè)方面來(lái)探究鄉(xiāng)村幼稚教育興起的時(shí)代背景;再次從教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)和認(rèn)識(shí)論三方面考察張宗麟幼稚教育理論的思想來(lái)源;然后分析張宗麟的鄉(xiāng)村幼稚教育思想的豐富內(nèi)涵。從鄉(xiāng)村幼稚園設(shè)立的必要性及其意義、鄉(xiāng)村幼稚園的辦學(xué)原則、鄉(xiāng)村幼稚園的課程、教學(xué)和師資培養(yǎng)這五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)論述。最后總結(jié)張宗麟鄉(xiāng)村幼稚教育思想的特點(diǎn)。從教育對(duì)象、教育內(nèi)容、教育方式和教育活動(dòng)這四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行概括。
[Abstract]:Zhang Zonglin was a famous early childhood educator in the Republic of China. Following the popular trend of education, he devoted himself to rural education and brought kindergartens into rural society. He helped Tao Xingzhi set up the first rural kindergartens in China and carried out a series of curriculum and teaching experiments in kindergartens. He summed up the practical experience in time, wrote books, and gradually formed the "popularizing, local, economical" rural naive education thought. In the object of enrollment, the kindergarten he founded is mainly aimed at the children of the civilian class and serves the civilian class, and in the content of the curriculum, he bases himself on the rural society, children's life, and advocates taking farming, hygiene and reading as the teaching contents of the kindergarten. In his teaching activities, he emphasized more outdoor teaching and flexible teaching time according to the characteristics of rural society. On the basis of practice, he advocated the rural teacher training mode of "art friend system". In order to make teachers become the soul of reforming rural education, he pays more attention to teachers' social responsibility. His childish education thought in rural areas was full of democratization, life, practicality and localization, which not only set an example for the establishment of rural kindergartens at that time, but also for the health of preschool education in rural areas. Sustainable development provides a reference. In the introduction part, the author mainly introduces the origin and significance of the thesis, summarizes the current research situation of Zhang Zonglin's rural naive education thought and practice, and expounds the research ideas and methods of the thesis. In the main part, the author first introduces Zhang Zonglin's educational experience and practice, then probes into the background of the rise of rural childish education from two aspects: the promotion of Chinese preschool education experiment activity and the rise of rural education movement; and then explores the background of the rise of rural infant education from the point of view of pedagogy. Psychology and epistemology examine the ideological source of Zhang Zonglin's childish education theory, and then analyze the rich connotation of Zhang Zonglin's rural naive education thought. The necessity and significance of setting up rural kindergartens, the principles of running a village kindergarten, the curriculum, teaching and teacher training of village kindergartens are discussed in detail. Finally, it summarizes the characteristics of Zhang Zonglin's naive education thought in rural areas. From the education object, the education content, the education way and the education activity these four aspects carries on the summary.
