【摘要】：教育均衡是對教育者和教育對象普遍人格的確認過程,這一確認在實踐上涵蓋教育的各個環(huán)節(jié)。教師資源的初次配置,是對教育者的人格確認過程。學(xué)校作為教育倫理系統(tǒng)展開的重要中介,進一步確認受教育者的人格權(quán)利。教育系統(tǒng)作為一個倫理實體存在有其必然的內(nèi)在要求,教育資源共享是對受教育者人格的普遍承認,但這一過程只是簡單的道德尊重;教育資源的均衡配置是教育承認人格的進一步倫理化。弱勢群體的平等教育是人格的真實實現(xiàn)。教育質(zhì)量是教育理念的實體性實現(xiàn),本身包含肯定與否定環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Educational balance is the process of confirming the universal personality of educators and educational objects, which covers all aspects of education in practice. The initial allocation of teacher resources is the process of confirming the personality of educators. As an important intermediary of educational ethics system, school confirms the personality right of educatee. As an ethical entity, the educational system has its inherent requirements. The sharing of educational resources is a universal recognition of the personality of the educated, but this process is only a simple moral respect. The balanced allocation of educational resources is the further ethics of educational recognition personality. Equal education of vulnerable groups is the true realization of personality. Educational quality is the substantial realization of educational idea, which contains positive and negative links.
