【摘要】:教育權(quán)威是一種為了實現(xiàn)學校教育的共同善,確保師生聯(lián)合行動得以實施的基本原則,它是教師對學生擁有的權(quán)威。教育權(quán)威在性質(zhì)上是一種輔助性權(quán)威,其起因在于學生自主性的缺失,具有實踐秩序與理論秩序兩種權(quán)威形式。教育權(quán)威是一種旨在促進學生實現(xiàn)終極自由的作用力,這種作用力通過指示或命令得以實施,即通過擁有原初自由的學生將其看作是自身行動規(guī)則這一實踐判斷得以實施。如果說原初自由是一種選擇善事物或惡事物的自由,那么終極自由就是一種以德性為行動目的與依據(jù)的自由。因此,教育權(quán)威作為一種要求學生服從的規(guī)范性力量,與學生的自由具有原則上的和諧。這種教育權(quán)威的運用,需要抵制一種割裂師生聯(lián)合行動的外在形式,創(chuàng)造并保障教育秩序與學生行動自由、教育知識與學生經(jīng)驗相統(tǒng)一的條件。就此而言,這是一種民主的教育權(quán)威,它建立在經(jīng)驗的延續(xù)性與交互性原則的基礎(chǔ)上,旨在維護與促進師生共同體的經(jīng)驗生長與改造。
[Abstract]:Educational authority is a basic principle to ensure the implementation of joint action of teachers and students in order to realize the common good of school education. It is the authority of teachers over students. Educational authority is a kind of auxiliary authority in nature, which is caused by the lack of students' autonomy and has two forms of authority: practical order and theoretical order. Educational authority is a kind of force aimed at promoting students' ultimate freedom, which can be implemented by means of instructions or orders, that is, through the practical judgment that students who have the original freedom regard it as their own rules of action. If the original freedom is the freedom to choose the good or the evil, then the ultimate freedom is the freedom based on virtue. Therefore, educational authority, as a normative force that requires students to obey, is in harmony with students' freedom in principle. The application of this educational authority needs to resist an external form that separates the joint action of teachers and students, create and guarantee the conditions of educational order and students' freedom of action, and the unity of educational knowledge and students' experience. In this regard, it is a democratic educational authority, which is based on the principle of continuity and interaction of experience, and aims to maintain and promote the growth and transformation of the community of teachers and students.
