【摘要】：厘清"什么是好的教育制度創(chuàng)新"是成功實施教育制度創(chuàng)新的前提。就教育制度生產(chǎn)而言,好的教育制度創(chuàng)新會確立相互承認的創(chuàng)新機制,基于公共理性之上實施協(xié)商對話;就教育制度文本制作而言,好的教育制度創(chuàng)新在形式層面能使教育制度更加嚴密和自洽,在內(nèi)容層面能避免權(quán)威分裂,能明確表達其價值追求,能有效預防反控制;就教育制度實施而言,好的教育制度創(chuàng)新不僅有效而且正當。
[Abstract]:To clarify "what is good educational system innovation" is the premise of successful implementation of educational system innovation. In terms of educational system production, good educational system innovation will establish mutually recognized innovation mechanism and implement consultation and dialogue based on public rationality; As far as the educational system text is concerned, good educational system innovation can make the education system more rigorous and self-consistent in form, avoid authority splitting in content level, express its value pursuit clearly and effectively prevent anti-control. As far as the implementation of education system is concerned, good educational system innovation is not only effective but also legitimate.
