【摘要】：行動科學(xué)與教育有天然的聯(lián)系。從行動科學(xué)視角來討論教育的本質(zhì)問題,就是要將教育行動中的信奉理論和教育場域中的使用理論相統(tǒng)一:教育是使人成為有意義的人,教育使人認(rèn)識到生命潛在的意義。意義是教育行動的統(tǒng)御變量,亦即行動科學(xué)視域中的教育本質(zhì)。意義本質(zhì)下的教育行動策略是實施意義教育。意義教育的起點是引導(dǎo)每個人思考人生中的"大問題"。教師是意義教育中的行動研究者,教師的作用在于擴(kuò)展學(xué)生的視野,并使他們意識到生命潛在的意義。意義教育不是空洞的說教,也不存在統(tǒng)一的模式。當(dāng)教育與教師的統(tǒng)御變量完美融合、教師的信奉理論和使用理論合二為一、教育行動基于對意義的探尋和反思之時,意義教育才成為可能�，F(xiàn)實中的意義教育正面臨實踐困境,部分教育行動研究已經(jīng)偏離了行動科學(xué)視域中的教育本質(zhì),甚至出現(xiàn)了"意義空心化"的病態(tài)特征。從行動科學(xué)的視角來看,唯有建構(gòu)互賴共贏范式,共同為教育行動中教育本質(zhì)服務(wù),改進(jìn)以意義為統(tǒng)御變量的教育行動,真正的教育改革才會漸次展開,改革的價值才能實現(xiàn),教育的新面貌才能顯現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:There is a natural link between action science and education. To discuss the essence of education from the perspective of action science is to unify the theory of belief in educational action with the theory of application in the field of education: education is to make people become meaningful people. Education makes people realize the potential meaning of life. Meaning is the governing variable of educational action. In other words, the essence of education in the field of action science, the strategy of educational action under the essence of meaning is the implementation of meaning education. The starting point of meaning education is to guide everyone to think about "big problems" in life. Teachers are action researchers in meaning education. The role of teachers is to broaden students' horizons and make them aware of the potential meaning of life. Meaning education is not an empty preaching, nor is there a unified model. The theory of teachers' belief and use is one, and the educational action is based on the exploration and reflection of meaning, meaning education becomes possible. In reality, meaning education is facing a practical dilemma. Part of the educational action research has deviated from the essence of education in the field of action science, and even appeared the pathological feature of "empty meaning". From the perspective of action science, the only way to construct the paradigm of mutual reliance and win-win, Only by jointly serving the essence of education in educational action and improving the educational action with meaning as the governing variable can the real educational reform be carried out step by step the value of the reform be realized and the new outlook of education be revealed.
