【摘要】：大學(xué)生正處在人生重要的發(fā)展、轉(zhuǎn)折時期,了解大學(xué)生對生命的意義和價值的認(rèn)識,對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生擁有健康的人生具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。生命意義感是個體對自己人生價值的感知程度,主要包含生活感受、生命態(tài)度、生活目標(biāo)和自主感這樣四個因素。研究結(jié)果表明,在處理生活中的挫折和壓力事件時,高生命意義感水平的個體表現(xiàn)出采取比較積極的應(yīng)對方式的傾向,普遍體驗(yàn)到較高水平的幸福感。本研究在文獻(xiàn)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查法,采用生活目的測驗(yàn)、簡易應(yīng)對方式問卷、總體幸福感量表,選取河南大學(xué)540名學(xué)生作為調(diào)查對象,采用SPSS軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了一系列的統(tǒng)計分析,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)大學(xué)生的總體生命意義狀況處于中下等水平,47%的學(xué)生的生活目標(biāo)及意義不明確,29.4%的學(xué)生處于生命無意義、無目的狀態(tài)。(2)生命意義感總分在不同性別上差異顯著。女生高于男生。(3)不同年級在生命意義感總分上存在顯著差異。進(jìn)行事后兩兩比較發(fā)現(xiàn)大四與大一、大二、大三分別存在顯著差異。其中大四最高,大三最低。(4)生命意義感及其各維度在是否獨(dú)生、家庭所在地、專業(yè)類別、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)情況方面的差異均未達(dá)到統(tǒng)計學(xué)顯著性水平。(5)大學(xué)生的生命意義感能夠正向預(yù)測積極應(yīng)對、主觀幸福感。(6)積極應(yīng)對可以正向預(yù)測主觀幸福感。(7)生命意義感與消極應(yīng)對顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。(8)消極應(yīng)對與主觀幸福感顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。(9)積極應(yīng)對和消極應(yīng)對兩者在生命意義感和主觀幸福感的關(guān)系中都能發(fā)揮部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:College students are at an important turning period of development, life, understanding of College Students' understanding of the meaning and value of life, has important practical significance to the contemporary college students have a healthy life. The meaning of life is the individual perceptions of the value of life, including feelings of life, life attitude, life goals and sense of autonomy four factors. The results show that in dealing with setbacks in life and stress events, the high level of the individual sense of the meaning of life showed a tendency to adopt more positive coping styles, generally experience higher levels of happiness. This study based on the literature analysis, questionnaire survey method, the purpose in life test. Simple coping style questionnaire, general well-being scale, 540 students from Henan University as the research object, the data of a series of statistical analysis by SPSS software, the The following conclusions: (1) the overall situation of College Students' meaning of life at a lower level, life goal and significance of the 47% students is not clear, 29.4% of the students in the life is meaningless, no purpose. (2) the meaning of life scores are significantly different in different gender. Girls are higher than boys (3) in different grades. The meaning of life there are significant differences in total score. After the comparison with the 22 big 4, 2, 3 respectively. There were significant differences among the four highest third lowest. (4) the meaning of life and its dimensions on whether only child, family location, professional categories, different family economic situation there was no statistically significant. (5) college students' sense of the meaning of life can positively predict positive coping, subjective well-being. (6) positive coping can positively predict subjective well-being. (7) the meaning of life and negative coping was negatively correlated (8). Negative coping is negatively correlated with subjective well-being. (9) positive coping style and negative coping style play a partial mediating role in the relationship between sense of life and subjective well-being.
