【摘要】:正 一日廠長制 韓國漢城的一家企業(yè),為了培育職工的主人翁意識和責任感,從1983年起,實行一種獨特的管理制度——讓職工輪流當一日廠長,管理廠務。 一日廠長制的要點如下:每周星期三,由基層職工輪流當一天廠長,負責管理全廠的日常事務。 每周星期三,擔任一日廠長的職工,上午九時上班,進入角色,聽取各部門的簡單匯報,先對整個廠的運行狀況有一個初步的了解,然后,真廠長根據(jù)各主管部門匯報反映的問題,提議先集中解決一兩件事。帶著
[Abstract]:In 1st, an enterprise in Seoul, South Korea, was run by the factory director. In order to cultivate the sense of ownership and responsibility of the workers, a unique management system was implemented starting from 1983, whereby the workers and staff took turns as factory directors on 1st. In 1st, the main points of the factory director system are as follows: every Wednesday, the grass-roots workers take turns as the factory director for one day, and are responsible for managing the daily affairs of the factory. Every Wednesday, the staff and workers who serve as the factory directors on 1st go to work at 9 am every week and enter the role. Listen to the brief reports of various departments, first have a preliminary understanding of the operation of the whole plant, then, according to the problems reported by the competent departments, the real director proposed to focus on one or two things.
