CY醫(yī)藥批發(fā)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:醫(yī)藥行業(yè)是朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著大醫(yī)藥流通時代的到來,中小型醫(yī)藥批發(fā)企業(yè)將面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。因此,研究像CY醫(yī)藥批發(fā)公司這樣的中小型企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,理清發(fā)展的思路,在集中度越來越高的大醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)中尋找一條適合CY醫(yī)藥批發(fā)公司的發(fā)展道路,是非常必要的。對于其他中小型醫(yī)藥批發(fā)企業(yè)來說也具有非常重要的借鑒意義。筆者在研究中分析了CY醫(yī)藥批發(fā)公司的宏觀環(huán)境,運用波特五力模型分析了行業(yè)環(huán)境中的潛在者競爭威脅、替代者威脅、上游供應商討價還價能力、下游客戶討價還價能力、行業(yè)內(nèi)競爭威脅。并利用SWOT分析模型,QSPM矩陣等方法分析了CY醫(yī)藥批發(fā)公司在發(fā)展的進程中所面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn),并就如何利用自身優(yōu)勢,戰(zhàn)勝自身的競爭劣勢進行了分析。提出了CY醫(yī)藥批發(fā)公司的四步走發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并針對CY醫(yī)藥批發(fā)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出了融資、人力資源、技術(shù)研發(fā)、營銷、品牌、企業(yè)文化、信息化等配套實施策略。
[Abstract]:Pharmaceutical industry is a sunrise industry. With the arrival of the era of large pharmaceutical circulation, the small and medium-sized pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises will face enormous challenges. Therefore, to study the development strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises such as CY Pharmaceutical Wholesale Company, to clarify the development ideas, and to find a suitable development path for CY Pharmaceutical Wholesale Company among the large pharmaceutical distribution enterprises with increasing concentration. It is very necessary. For other small and medium-sized pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises also have very important reference significance. The author analyzes the macro environment of CY Pharmaceutical Wholesale Company, and analyzes the potential competition threat, substitute threat, upstream supplier bargaining power and downstream customer bargaining power in the industry environment by using Porter's five-force model. The threat of competition in the industry. Using SWOT analysis model and QSPM matrix, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by CY Pharmaceutical Wholesale Company in the process of development, and analyzes how to make use of its own advantages to overcome its own competitive disadvantage. The four-step development strategy of CY Medical Wholesale Company is put forward, and the financing, human resources, technology research and development, marketing, brand, corporate culture and informatization are put forward for the development strategy of CY Pharmaceutical Wholesale Company.
