基于微信平臺的供電服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the popularity of smart phone terminals and mobile Internet applications, OTT, a powerful and inexpensive instant messaging tool (such as WeChat, Flying chat, Mi chat, Momo, etc.), is becoming more and more popular among users. According to incomplete statistics, the number of active users of WeChat alone has exceeded 400 million. Because WeChat has the advantages of large customer base, easy to popularize, good customer experience, low operating cost, and can provide point-to-point accurate service, it has a broad application prospect in the power supply service business of Tianjin Electric Power Company. WeChat on the power supply service is very obvious advantage, far better than the traditional service channel. And WeChat service free, make the company and customer interaction cost is lower. The achievements in this paper are mainly implemented by several major technologies, such as data exchange between internal and external networks, real-time data and transaction, Web Service technology, application cache technology and so on. Through the application of these technologies, the functions of the power supply service system of WeChat platform such as information notification, user bill binding and query, business detail, online payment, service guide and so on have been solved. In the aspect of system design, the system is designed by the whole system design, the business structure design, the data classification design of the application architecture design and so on. The functions of system from scratch to existence, security and user experience are realized. Finally, the paper describes the process of software development, such as system function realization and system testing. Through the construction of the project, the power supply service system of power company based on WeChat platform is completed, and the direct point-to-point service channel between the company and the customer is constructed. To further improve customer satisfaction, the WeChat platform in the traditional service channel pioneers, to achieve online payment, real-time recharge to the user table card function. The successful implementation of the project has been recognized by the relevant leaders, won the praise of users, and promoted the pace of promotion in the whole network.
