L公司營銷團隊滿意度研究

【摘要】:公司如何對待員工,員工就會如何對待客戶,員工的滿意度是對公司管理工作的真實評價。隨著人力資源管理中人性化管理的推動,國內(nèi)外對滿意度的研究愈來愈多。營銷的成功與否與企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展息息相關,因此研究營銷團隊的滿意度具有重要現(xiàn)實意義,提升營銷團隊的滿意度對大多數(shù)企業(yè)來說都是重點,營銷團隊直接面對客戶,他們行為所帶來的附加值直接影響公司的競爭力。在研究了員工滿意度和滿意度的相關理論基礎上,本研究以L公司的鋼簾線部門營銷團隊員工為研究對象,考察員工滿意度的現(xiàn)有狀況,經(jīng)過了問卷調(diào)查方法,收集到了102份問卷信息,并從L公司人力資源部門獲得了員工基本屬性信息,采用描述性分析法對收集到的所有數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析,結果說明營銷團隊對于基本需求類問題較為滿意,對于個人需求、歸屬感、個人成長類問題較為不滿意,并且滿意與否和員工的級別、學歷、服務年限等相關變量有關。針對營銷團隊管理層和人力資源提出了建設性意見,以幫助L公司鋼簾線部營銷團隊的員工實現(xiàn)滿意度的提高,同時也希望對其它相關行業(yè)營銷團隊的員工滿意度問題有所啟示。
[Abstract]:The employee's satisfaction is the true evaluation of the company's management. With the promotion of humanized management in human resource management, there are more and more researches on satisfaction at home and abroad. The success of marketing is closely related to the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the satisfaction of marketing teams. The added value of their actions directly affects the competitiveness of the company. On the basis of studying the related theories of employee satisfaction and satisfaction, this research takes the staff of marketing team of steel cord department of L company as the research object, inspects the existing situation of employee satisfaction, and passes through the questionnaire method. 102 questionnaires were collected, and the basic attributes of employees were obtained from the human resources department of L Company. All the collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results show that the marketing team is satisfied with the basic needs category, but not satisfied with the personal needs, sense of belonging, personal growth, and whether they are satisfied or not is related to the level of employees, education, service life and other related variables. Some constructive suggestions are put forward for the management and human resources of the marketing team to help the employees of the marketing team in Steel Cord Department of L Company to achieve the improvement of their satisfaction. At the same time, I also hope to enlighten the employee satisfaction of other related industry marketing team.
